We have no other places to annex. Once the Philippines are gone, that's it for Chinese expansion. You have the potential to annex all of South America and Africa. I'd be willing to trade the Philippines for Somalia, if you'd like.
If the Philippines are your final annexation, so be it.
EDIT: on second thought, Australia has been a venerable ally and instrumental in the fight against Japanese terrorism. China would be happy to cede the Philippines to it. China withdraws all soldiers from the islands.

Construction of fifty additional ships begin in the ports of Perth and Sydney. This will bring the fleet up to seventy ships. Construction will commence immediately, with a finish date of Page 60.
Australia enquirers with Canada about possibly using the steel ships blueprints.
The IRV hires an additional six members. Their families are moved to within the confines of the palace walls.
