After years of research, Polish gunsmiths have answered the chairman's call for a more effective rifle. featuring a revolving cylinder containing eight chambers, four of which are accessible to load at any one time. On top of this, you now have an additional 23,000 troops in Haiti.
You're way out of control.

That STILL puts you at 156,000 troops in just Quebec - over your 140,000 that you stated you had. That means you'd have zero troops for Haiti.
And again, unless Tribals are part of your military - you don't control them.

The Navy is still part of your military... You're still constricted to the 140,000 troops you stated you had. That includes on ships.
