The fact that there isn't a poll is why you aren't President.
At least neither is Hillary

10/10 comeback.

I like you Jeb.
They didn't like me enough. It should have been me.

Clinton/Bush 2020.

Please god kill trump

I mean he is old and over weight, and excessive stress is known to kill fat old men.
how could you vote for trump

Because he is a businessman, he understands debt, I like that he's bringing production back to America, and we needed change. I have a lot of reasons.

He's the reason I got an interview at the local machine shop in the first place.

Deci needs a job.
We've already been over this

don't make me slap you

Please do.
You having that avatar is very jarring.

I can neither confirm nor deny Jeb Bush's claims.

Oh good, you joined the Trump side.

...Yeah, no.

Why is Trump your avatar then? If you wanna poke fun at him you could have chosen better images than that.

I'm in the midst of picking another one, but needed a placeholder.

The fact that you think I'd ever join the "Trump side" is laugh inducing.

One of Trump's more notable speeches in relation to Gitmo is "We're gonna put a lot of bad dudes in there!"

Let's hope he doesn't do anymore of that.
Well I've been watching some stuff. Oliver Stone's The Untold Story Of America. Most of it I already know. Though, each episode makes me think less and less of my country. Anyways. The photos of those prisoners in there were awful. A bush quote. "I don't care about international law, we're gonna kick some ass" The fuck man... IF they're proven guilty, that would be one thing. But this is just like oh, you're suspected, so, you don't have right anymore, fuck you.

While I certainly agree with your opinion, I wouldn't exactly say Stone is a....good choice for gaining said opinion.

Alternative fact: It's not antagonizing, you're just wrong about your facts.

The only person I just don't talk about it with is Flee, because him and I would get into very heated arguments before and its not worth fighting over it.
I don't think I've ever seen you defend your position in supporting Drumpf.

I'm just going to say this. I'm going to make a followup call on Wednesday. I'm likely going to get the job. If I do, I thank Based Trump.

I just got back from my interview at the machine shop. I'm not going to disclose the name of the business because I know most of you would Google it and start prank calling.

So...you're thanking Trump that you might get the job?

Do you really believe that correlation?

Its at least a possible outcome. What was crooked Hillary gonna do? Another 4 years of Obama? No thank you.

Okay, hold up.

What has brought you to the conclusion that you are likely to get this job because we have Trump has President for a bit over 72 hours? I'm honestly quite curious what mindset you have here.

I will admit, its not entirely Trump, but I think he's one of the reasons why I got the call. If not, then its a lot of luck on my end, because originally this employer is a mom and pop like shop and they didn't want anyone, at least at first.

...That doesn't answer my question in the slightest. And neither does your post above.

You're just looking for a reason to argue, and I'm not going to give you an argument.

But I'm not. You said the store that you applied for is a "Mom and pop like shop."

The policies you described in response to Azumarill's post, about trade deals and manufacturing jobs, are primarily aimed at huge multinational corporations - Toyota, Ford, Boeing, companies like that. Those policies wouldn't impact mom and pop shops, because they already have small number of employees in one (maybe two) locations. Those stores are more impacted by local and state laws, taxation issues, etc.

There isn't a correlation there.

it could be a "me and the bossman bonded over how #bigly trump is winning" thing

Which is -arguably- worse. But that gets into the whole affirmative action debate that would be ten pages of circles.

I simply find it amusing how you come in here to give "witty" posts with questionable opinions, then retreat and say "I'm not looking to talk about it!" whenever someone comes by and asks why you have such an opinion. It's almost like you know you're incorrect, but don't care.

Or you post Dad Rock and out of date memes.

Simply waiting for actual contribution.

O no, the president is doing things I approve of, don't care about, or are inconsequential to me.  He must be illegitimate.

Funny, no one here besides you has said that.

The fact we're even arguing this because Trump brought it up due to his ego complex, has me honestly kind of looking forward to what other petty things he's gonna bring up in the next 4 years.

I look forward to putting my petty sarcasm to use.

Sounds like a good statement to me.

In what universe is it a good statement to lie, from your first time behind the podium, 4 times in under 5 minutes?
Not a lie. He said it had a record number of people watching in person and across the globe. Just because there weren't as many people actually there doesn't mean anything.

....

Quote
About 31 million people watched Donald Trump be sworn in as president on Friday, about average for first-term presidents in recent history.

Per Nielsen, 30.64 million people tuned in across 12 networks’ inauguration day coverage. The ratings service measured ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, HLN, Fox Business, CNBC, Univision, Telemundo and Galavision.

That’s the fifth largest audience for an inuagural since 1969, as far back as Nielsen’s figures go. Ronald Reagan in 1981 holds the record with 41.8 million viewers, followed by Barack Obama’s first swearing in in 2009 at 37.79 million.
Do you not understand what "across the globe" means?

I'm quite aware what it means, thanks.

I'm simply awaiting Trump and co. to actually give numbers to discredit the widely available data out there. Instead of shouting like little babies, they should actually show me the information.

Or are these more of the "alternative truths?"

Don't argue with Trumpets. Lies and Truths are whatever they do or do not agree with. They're subjective.

Too late.
