So? I don't see the problem with that.

Not everyone will. My problem is that for (however many books and games have been released so far that my lazy ass doesn't want to count), we have been told that they are the best of the best. And now, we're being told (allegedly) this new team is apparently better, since they have to finish off the enemy that the originals cannot.

It's clear that 343 wants their team (While the original team is Bungie's) to have a stronger role, and most likely take the lead in future games. That's fine, but until I see how they are storywise, I reserve judgements that I dislike it.

(Trying to keep this as vague as possible in case Bacon stumbles in)

Spoiler
That's sort of what I was thinking. What sort of issue would Blue run into that they couldn't handle that Osiris suddenly could? Unless, it's just a case of numbers adding up to help even the odds.

Spoiler
Exactly. We're talking about a team that has survived a planet being glassed, a shield world, killed (supposedly) the Didact, amongst others. And now, we find out that they're screwed, and Osiris has to stop whatever beat them?]/spoiler]

meh, 3d printers

besides, what the fuck are you gonna do against armored targets and flying death machines with your little ar-15? some fucking defense i bet you can put up against the government

turn in the guns already
The vast majority of U.S. military personnel are from southern states and hold strong conservative political beliefs. They aren't mindless drones, and you can be damn sure they wouldn't turn on U.S. citizens.
idk, seems to me half of conservatives wouldn't oppose mob justice. i'd feel bad for the effect it could have on a couple of communities

beyond that, if citizens will get assistance from the military, what do we have to worry about again, then?

All the military assets that don't require soldiers...

3?

Okay I like the new team, but 3?!

3 missions that are 2-3x as long as the regulars.

Okay woop de doo

There is still only 3! If it was 5 or 6 I wouldn't mind, but 3?!!!!
are you dumb?

No i'm not.
I want it to be split more evenly, not have different lengths.
The split doesn't mean anything if their missions are a lot longer

I wouldn't say it means nothing - especially based on other information, it definitely appears that 343 is favoring one side for this game and future installments. It's understandable that they want their mark on the series, but it's frustrating nonetheless.

The whole point of the game is it's a mystery. We know as much about what Blue Team are doing as anyone else. The point is we're supposd to figure out what is going on as Osiris is, not just get bored while watching Osiris do whatever because we already know the answer.

A murder mystery from the POV of the murderer isn't a mystery. Same thing here.

I'm moreso talking about (spoilers below)

Spoiler
the synopsis of the final mission, where we apparently have to save Blue Team from dying

Again, your hypothetical armed revolt against a US government won't happen, and would fail miserably.
Joe Biden stop posting on sep7

Don't you have a speech to fuck up or something

Way to ignore the statement.

As long as it isn't mandatory (As in, do it or you go to jail), I see no problem with a government buy back.
Why is it the government should have the guns and not us?

"Isn't mandatory"

If someone wants to hand in their guns for a tax reduction, or some free cash, sure. Whatever, do it.

apparently the blue team missions are something like 2-3 times as long as the osiris missions. meaning it kinda evens out. you can see this in the missions already released. seems as if the Osiris missions will be around 20 min long segments while those focusing on the chiefs perspective will be longer 40-50 min play-throughs

Spoiler
I never liked this kind of design - as someone who chips away at campaigns with the limited free time that I have, one mission that is close to an hour long is a pain in the ass to try and get through quickly.

Good luck wth that massive revolution of yours.

I'm sure it'll happen...never.
Because of people like you.

No, because of everyone.

American's are lazy morons - we say we care about politics and our government, but in the end, we really don't. It reflects in our election turnout and in government participation.

You don't win a war by capturing your enemy and trying him in court.
Haven't won by playing whack-a-mole either.
This isn't a war you can win in a few months.

Apparently, thirteen years isn't enough either.

This conflict is going to go down as a second Vietnam tbh.

Austria, having been surveying the irradiated remains of Europe since the nuclear fallout, determines that areas of central and western Europe will once again be habitable within around one to two years.
uhhh....
Let's keep it that way for a while longer.
Ten more at the least imo.

We're talking Fat Man and Little Boy nukes. Class had just got them, and seeing as he didn't have any nuclear reactors the radiation shouldn't last a long time like Chernobyl.

West and Central Europe, a good ways away from the blasts which were caused by nukes that aren't anywhere near as powerful as today's nukes? One year.
bro you're not a fucking GM

Are you still playing?

Australian ships to arrive in East Russia by next year.

Just the fact that he's been consistent on almost all of his views for the entire time that he's been a politician should show you a lot.
What about being consistently shit is admirable?
Aside from his economic policies you so vehemently oppose, what other policies of his are "constantly shit"?

Well past his economic policies, he is the exact same as every other Democratic candidate.
