Has it been a long-standing one? The last Flood server I joined had a max of about 3 players, and that lasted only 5-6 hours for some reason.

And not Noelle or Kinder. Not out grudging-ness, but I'd expect automatic bannings of certain people automatically, and banning people expecting a "fresh start" would be a tad hypocritical. Hell, anyone with a pre-disposition towards people (negative or positive) would be a bad choice for mod, including me.
And on another note, even if we did decide who we'd like as mods, don't we need Admin's backing seeing as this site isn't exactly *ours*?
Nah, Mr. P's an asshole. As for your last paragraph, Cheatlancer's a reasonable guy, and I'm sure he'll listen to reasonable suggestions from this thread.
But why? He doesn't appear an asshole on the forums (though PM's and that lot are unknown to me). And yeah, a fair point 'bout Cheat. I mean, he made us a site which is kinda nice.

Eh, I disagree. The slimmer style is better for mobile.
It's responsive, so it'll adjust to whatever device you're using. Try it for yourself and shrink your window.
I suggest an option, widescreen/slim(default)/mobile view.Just an example from another forum:
