No. Never had a serious issue to be concerned about, apart from the larger issues which are decided by votes and I ultimately have no power beyond that.

I on the other hand am the patriot and founder of the United States of Decimator Omega.
Oh god, you're not one of those freaks that owns a square of dirt in the middle of Utah somewhere and dreams to get recognised by the UN, are you?

There is a distinct lack of FatherlyNick in this poll.

Irrelevant for me, not American.
Also if Europeans get around that to influence the vote it'll be used as a scapegoat to invalidate the entire voting pool's opinions.

QTE "help the useless NPC" parts in missions.
"Quick, help lift this garage door!" "Help, a monster got me and I can't fight them off myself" "Help, I've fallen and can't get up" *tap tap tap tap/mash button combo*
Combine this with terrible AI, indicators and sounds that coat the screen telling you to fix them, and failure to do so means failing the mission... well, fuck you, Sheva. Gears of War, Last of Us, etc, etc.

Normally off, unless it has a "bare minimum" setting so it only blurs with very sudden movement.
Not really sure what depth of field does so I just leave it on.

Agree.
But failure is the foundation for later success. Better to ask a stupid question and find out why it's stupid, than stay quiet and stay stupid.

Verb, maybe you should get addicted to something and then just stop doing that.
We'll give you claps then. Easy free claps that are deemed worthy because you struggled and overcame the thing.
Or would it not be a struggle because it's easy for you, so you don't deserve claps after all...?
Verbatim, forever doomed to be not worthy of praise because he never did something addictive, and can't be addicted by them even if he tried.

Lurk harder on Reddit probably.
Eventually I'll drift onto another offbeat forum.

Typical round earther propaganda. You make me sick.
Fuck off m8, you're already rotund, why not the Earth?

"MadMikeHughes.com". Well at least he isn't putting on airs.
Idiot or not, this'll just re-affirm other flat earthers regardless of what happens;
- He dies in the attempt/litho-braking: "Hurr Durr round earthers sabotaged it"
- He lives and gets to report back: "Hurr Durr the Earth wasn't round, checkmate", having never gotten anywhere near the height required to see the curvature of the Earth.

Best part of writing a report is when you've finished it up and print it out.
Not "it's great because it's finally over", but I get to admire my hard work physically rather than some word count at the bottom of the screen.

Cos coffee tastes good, paracetamol stops my headaches, weed was available at uni, chocolate tastes good, it numbed the pain when I had teeth removed, I needed it for my asthma...
And sure it's part of my culture to be innebriated at weddings, funerals and most social gatherings.
I think that covers most drugs I can remember taking.
how does it feel to have such a repugnant culture
I couldn't care less.

Was on a 14 hour flight to Malaysia from Schipol(?), Amsterdam. With that much time and with the right schedule you can try to sleep through a majority of it.
I had KLM on a 747 though, so apart from reading a book for about 2-3 hours, there was also TV series and films to watch. Ended up watching GotG 2 a few weeks after release through it.
Unfortunately I was on economy seating, so no space to sleep comfortably, or hoist anything larger than a magazine in front of me.

Saved 3k of it and used some to go on holiday after I graduated. Most of it went to rent, food, and bills.
Now using the leftovers to last me while I look for a job.

Just about to hit the -400k mark, and still receive some of the largest profits of this year, if not every year before. At this point it's just people getting in on the action because lelreddit - following the thread after that is people riding it for karma. As previous microtransaction and "pay to play and pay again" games have pointed out, it's irrelevant what the majority of gamers think of it when any extra purchase is extra generated profit. Even if most never touch them , whales spent hundreds and even thousands of pounds on top of the game for currency/points and milk profits that otherwise wouldn't exist. Perfect example is GTA: Online's Shark cards that keep being mentioned and have generated an extra $700 million in profit. The sale of the game itself across all platforms was approx. $1 Billion, so they've already doubled it. So long as there's an idiot with more money than sense, it's profitable, and will continue to happen. Hey look, the next inevitable karma whore and hypocrite: https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/7cog1u/can_we_please_boycott_star_wars_battlefront_2/

I feel like Catalonia fucked themselves over a bit. They were basically their own nation minus a few things, and now they're not going to get that at all.
They don't want to pay taxes to Madrid. They aren't ethnic Spanish so they should have the right to decide for their future.
It's always about fucking money, isn't it? They supposedly contribute 1/5 of Spain's economy while making 16 percent of the total population. They just wanna put it back in their fat wallets.
If you could have 25% more of your own money, wouldn't you secede?
Doesn't mean much when most of their trade is to Spain and the EU, which has already been outlined to them that cessation will also take them out of the EU and all those lovely money-making trade deals.
They'd have to renegotiate EU membership and trade as well as build back bridges to Spain before they'd see any of that "freed up" 25%.
Not to mention that most European countries would not have officially recognised Catalonia as a sovereign nation.
Not giving Spain a free pass with how they've handled the situation but the Catalonian government had to have expected some sort of backlash to this. You don't autistically screech your way to independence and expect your neighbouring allies to just buck up and accept it.
Well I mean... Britain's trying now after the indyref trial run a year earlier .

The moon's a great resource for nuclear fusion reactors, if only we could develop those a bit faster... He 3 is only found in large quantities on the moon/other planets exposed to solar winds, or decaying nukes. Since getting it off nukes has other issues (1 being you need to have a material used in nuclear weapons which is heavily regulated and/or scraped off an already active device and 2 there simply isn't enough decaying Tritium to supply a theoretical fusion reactor that is constantly running), mining the moon is the next best thing with all the benefits a fusion reactor brings. It's already been discussed by several countries and corporations developing their own space programs

It's something like 2 Celsius outside. Might be locally colder because living at the bottom of a Valley, I get frost hollows.
Unfortunately my windows are Edwardian, so it's about 6 Celsius inside the house naturally, and I can't feel my feet. That usually marks the Winter for me, and when I get consistent feeling back is around Summer.
Buy a lot of candles (the thick ones) and light them up as soon as you can. It actually warms up the room in a couple of hours. That's what I've been doing to save on heating bills.
Oh lol I've been using my laptop CPU/GPU while normally playing ArmA to add a boost to my heating. My brother has an open-cased desktop PC in his own room that doubles up as a room heater.

Wind that shakes the Barley doesn't have many suitable scenes.
But if the movie isn't the focus, does it really matter?

It's ridiculous Ireland doesn't have legal abortion yet. It was baffling to see anti-abortion protests and signs when I was in Dublin. Keeping it illegal does not accomplish anything. It's stupid and should be removed.
You should see the shite either side has been pumping out of the mills. Apart from the "against God" themes, there's some "that child could've developed a cancer cure" and "you wouldn't murder this (picture of 3 month old smiley baby), so why this? (Foetus)" The pro-choice has come up with shite rather than some reasonable arguments for it, but it's a lot less memorable.

Eh. I've done it before for a mock UN and to present my own analysis work, but fuck I hate talking about it. The best part is the end and no one has questions.
In spite of this and that I find it nerve-wracking, I've been told I'm good at it, so at least someone likes what I was talking about.
