After reading all this, I still think this is a really fucking grey area. Skeeting around the current rules to get someone else banned isn't exactly void of malicious intent.
Hell, even if he doesn't want to come back and left forever under "his own free will", I still call these shenanigans bullshit.

Posting PMs is against the rules regardless of the sender's personal feelings about it
Not necessarily true.
The release of other user’s personal information, including full names, addresses, social media accounts, images, private messages, etc. without their consent is not tolerated. If the person is given permission then it's ok.
So, lemme just think on this for a second. Kupo got blacklisted because he fell for trick and got caught in a loophole in the rules, considering what he "leaked" wasn't personal info, and the only reason was the lack of consent from Verb, who doesn't care about privacy (at least his personal privacy, anyway) and "merely pretended" to take it seriously enough to report. I'm not taking into account any previous stuff here (like whatever else he did that factored into his final ban), but that seems pretty flawed.

...why would you be on here in a public place?
Either browse this place in private, tell the nosey fuckers to FUCK OFF AND STOP READING MY SHIT, or get headphones for your damn text-to-speech and stop expecting it to be fixed on this side solely for you.
Jaysus.
You see why the nsfw tag is useless tho. Make a porn/gore tag if that's all it is intended for.
It ain't just for porn and gore y'know. You're arguing over the definition of the word. Sure, FUCK isn't technically "safe for work", but we can't have a tag several paragraphs long saying: "PornGoreorotherwisenastythingsdowntothediscretion ofCheatandtheModsthatyouprobablyshoudn'tlookatifyourworkplacearenazisorsomeoneisbreathin gdownyournecksopleasebeawareofthelewdness" NSFW is just easier, and expect swearing here there and everywhere. Why this suddenly has blown up after having this laxed environment for so long I don't know.

Night Train mission. Also our first loss. Participants: Tru, Azure, Ender, Das, Irish, Kits And that's everything up until our current point.
Am I the dude pointing a pistol at something that resembles a Techno-Robocop?

I hoarded sets of armour and daedric artifacts in Skyrim. Didn't matter if I was going to use them or not, I'd collect them, store them in a chest, and never use them again.
Same goes for dragon bones, gems and soulgems, potion ingredients or just potions. I used to grab every potion visible, and then store the one I never used (basically anything that wasn't a health or water breathing potion, BECAUSE WHO KNOWS, MAYBE I'LL HAVE TO GO IN UNDERWATER FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME.)

Not surprised. I called bullshit on the "fresh start" the second he told me.
You can't just stop being offended by things that offend you, and his happens to be nearly everything on this site.

Point a gun at that guy at gunpoint. That would probably get me shot. Also, dig my own grave. I'd rather die trying to bludgeon my killer with a shovel than dig my grave.
Good thing neither of these scenarios are likely for me.

Odds on it not being from Jerusalem?
Guy sells a lot of IDF surplus, which isn't too common in Europe or the US.
So odds are he probably is """""legit"""""
Could be Palestinian. OH WAIT.

For Skyrim while joining the legion, I made myself all the legion gear and only use that for the whole campaign, and ONLY do the legion quests until it's finished, wars don't stop so I can gadder about doing sidequests.. Same goes for the companions I have with me at the time, they get "recruited" into the legion when I do, get the armour, etc. Also, if I feel like using my werewolf powers, I hire that wardog from Markarth to travel along, it's funny when the little rover runs up to the baddies, followed BY A GREAT BIG FUCKING BLACK WEREWOLF!
And as for bosses/quest baddies, I try as best as possible to do it in Dragonborn style; I have to FusRoDah them for the final blow. Difficult at first, but after some stuff you get from Solstheim it makes for a good kill move. Wish they had killcams for shouts, would've been nice.
As for racing games with car customisation (like NFS) I try make all the cars follow a "team design", so they all look like they are run by whatever fake racing team I've made up.

Ask me when I'm old and frail in my 70's or 80's.
For the time being, I don't need it, or particularly want it because of the problems it might incur. Later on when my stack of unavoidable age-related problems get pretty high I'll probably take it.
I could even have a "younger model" If the 80 year old mind is the only part that's necessary, I can have an exterior of me in my 20's.

Not overly surprised. The same can be said for (Hubbards'?) Peak, a graph supposedly showing when the peak of oil discovery and producrion would be. Back then, he estimated it was going to peak by the late 60's (only 5 years from then), and by some accounts he was right. Spoiler You could argue that prices are low now and more oil is being produced, but it's coming from shit that was considered economically unviable in the 60's like Canadian/Alaskan tar sands, plus the economic sanctions in place in the gulf region recently being lifted. If you look at newly discovered oil fields, you'll find relatively few.

Table updated again for the Italy V England match today. They really fucked 'em over, leaving England waaaay out in front by point difference, and the only Nation able to win the Triple Crown.

Though really, I don't believe many multi-tools are anything more than slip-joints and I thought the UK allowed the personal use of non-locking folding blades of 3 inch or less length. Dis some bullshit
Pretty sure you can, I carry my Swiss Army Knife everywhere with me. It's mostly at hand for the bottle-opener and corkscrew, but the knife has some uses. What I don't understand is why I have two knives on it, one "large" one (still under 3 inches because laws) and one tiny one that I've repurposed as a pencil sharpener. I think it's funny that when people see my tool, people freak out as if I'm about to carve someone up. I mean seriously, fucking steak knives are more dangerous than this. It is nice though that the police aren't armed in the majority of the UK and Ireland - Northern Ireland is the only place that I think officers carry pistols openly, but then they also drive the old bomb-proof riot vans and look ready for Belfast to implode again.

I don't really follow the standard procedure for typing, but I'm used to typing on the keyboard enough that I don't have to worry about where the common letters are. Only problems are I can occasionally type the wrong letter before the other one if I type too quickly, or press the letter next to it if I'm moving my hands around a lot.
Despite hearing about those typing programs and doing the same one myself as you have, it feels unnatural so I don't do it, nor have I seen anyone else do the "standard" method either. The "peek and peck" method seems to be what everyone uses.

How's Wales doing
Not bad, you thrashed Scotland around (unsurprisingly), but I can't comment on the gameplay itself because I didn't watch. It must've been good though as I can hear drunks wandering around celebrating outside my window... should've not rented a house near to the pubs I think.

I think it can be abused in some cases, and could be used to limit discussion to just an echobox.
For example, If I created a thread saying "Israel deserves to be wiped off the map because XYZ" and then after a few 'hell yes' responses someone jumps in and debates with my view, I could request a lock before my belief on the matter has collapsed, i.e. proof that reasons XYZ are false.
I think if you want to limit discussion because you don't like where it ended up and it wasn't spammed, derailed (or breaking any other rules), then don't create the fucking thread in the first place.

Playing a lot of Skyrim now that my laptop can run it, mostly having immersion/patch mods. It's so much better with PC, now I can improve my own house in Riften without needing to use the Hearthfire DLC.
(Not that it matters anyway, got the Legendary Edition for £6 on Steam Sales).
