Red tailed hawk.

They make the sound often incorrectly used as a Bald Eagle's screech.

A good counter to Russia it seems
Russia doesn't need a counter. They aren't being aggressive in the slightest. It is NATO that is being aggressive towards Russia.
Russia doesn't respect sovereign borders, they can't complain about NATO aggression.
What are you talking about? It is America that doesn't. Look at what we are doing in Syria, and have done in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Exactly look at that, becoming a rogue state leaves you open to external interference exactly why nations should join organisations like NATO. And what exactly has America done in Syria? You do know the best opposition force currently fighting ISIS in Syria is the American backed SDF? ISIS would be a lot stronger were it not for them.
We're supporting these "moderate rebels". This 3 way war in Syria only helps Isis. If the rebels weren't fighting Assad and making his government weaker, there would be a stronger opposition to ISIS. And we have had a military presence through bombing runs in Syria for awhile.

Apparently David Attenborough is saddened by how Brexit could lower environmental standards in the UK and hurt wildlife.
I wonder if anyone thought about that.

This will affect much more than our money.
You could always create your own environmental protections, like normal, sovereign countries do....

My mum even came into my room to bring me a plate of chicken nandos and I literally screamed at her and hit the plate of chicken nandos out of her hand. She started yelling and swearing at me and I slammed the door on her. I'm so distressed right now I don't know what to do. I didn't mean to do that to me mum but I'm literally in shock from the results tonight. I feel like I'm going to explode (inshallah). Why the fucking fuck are we leaving? This can't be happening. I'm having a fucking breakdown. I don't want to believe the country is so retarded. I want a future to believe in. I want 'er Madge to be leader again and fix this broken country. I cannot fucking deal with this right now. It wasn't supposed to be like this, I thought it was polling well for Remain???? This is so fucked.
What the hell are chicken nandos?

Is there a reason the video starts out by glorifying the deaths of a lot of soldiers due to shitty battlefield tactics?

First of all that was a victory for Britain, who was led by the Duke of Marlborough, John Churchill. Secondly, those tactics were used for a reason. Muskets are highly inaccurate since they are smooth bore. To combat this, armies would form in lines, which allow more chances for bullets to hit the opposing side.

Forming lines just allows more of them to be killed. When everyone is side by side, any enemy is almost guaranteed to hit somebody, even with the inaccuracy of muskets. Even if you don't hit the guy you are aiming for, you'll likely hit one of the people next to him. This is exactly how the America won the Revolutionary War.

How dare you say something like that.

The Flood / Re: Biker hate thread.

Some old guy on a bike called me an asshole because I almost hit him.
He was riding on the wrong side of the road while I was turning right onto the street and my view was blocked by a wall.
Sure he was in the bike lane, but he was going the complete wrong direction. Cyclists seem to think it's perfectly okay to do this and not follow the rules of the road.
You realize there is a reason they do this? They go on the wrong side so that they see the cars coming at them, and probably for other reasons I'm not aware of.
