Surviving orbital strikes are the best
Gonna be honest

Jetpacking yourself out of an orbital strike zone is pretty cool

I can't really think of anything I've done on here they'd be particularly weirded out by, they might have a few questions but I don't think I'd lose any friends...

It still seems like a cash grab from Disney tbh...
I mean if I bought a multi billion dollar franchise, I'd want to make some movies out of it too

Why are there female Stormtroopers
I don't think all Stormtroopers were clones, could be wrong though

A mouse and keyboard isn't comfortable compared to a controller
I'm gonna give you a like simply because of how subjective this is.

Why?

I'unno, I'm a bitch.
Controllers fit snugly into your hands.

Mouse and keyboard are disjointed and awkward.
I mean, you can get computer mice that are more comfortable to use, but keyboard is still pretty awkward

People saying you don't have to lead targets in battlefield are liars. Try hitting someone across te map with any weapon on battlefield and say you don't have to lea your shots or compensate for bullet drop.
It's not nearly as pronounced as in Battlefront

Although Star Wars has always had lasers that fire slower than actual bullets

Uh...

I don't think anyone from here's really influenced me much, I guess Verb sometimes provides arguments I haven't considered and might agree with, I dunno

Cindo and Luci definitely though, but I knew them from way before here

If I can save up money for a new PC, then I'll primarily play games on there, and get exclusives for my consoles and stuff

Thankfully I can use a controller on my PC, since I really like playing with a controller

It's also really hard to win as the rebels in Walker Assault, they need to drop the health of those AT-ATs

As much as I like the first Star Wars: Battlefront games, they're not really wrong...

This does play differently from Battlefield though, it's nice

Honestly, I've been having a lot of fun with it, it's super pretty too

But... It doesn't really feel like there's much to the game, I doubt I'll think it's worth it to buy it on launch, maybe on sale

Gaming / Re: Which FPS (framerate) do you prefer?
« on: October 08, 2015, 10:46:49 PM »
30 is ok/acceptable, 60 is good, anything over 60 is a luxury.

for reference, i cap league of legends at 120 fps.
Most monitors/TVs are only like 60Hz anyway, so going above 60 fps isn't going to do anything unless you've got a monitor with a higher refresh rate

Gaming / Re: Which FPS (framerate) do you prefer?
« on: October 08, 2015, 10:16:18 PM »
I definitely prefer 60, but I don't get it when people say 30 fps is unplayable, it's not as nice as 60, but it's not bad at all

I think I remember examples of games putting a delay in control responses (I can't actually think of anything specifically), but I could never see things like frame rate being put below 30 fps or visual feedback latency ever being affected intentionally, people just don't like that, and even delays in control responses can be something people dislike, even if it's intentional

I sure do love playing games that aren't responsive because the framerate's too low or choppy

That sure is FUN

I've never really listened to music with speakers much, there's always people around so I kinda can't
