Yeah, Fallout 3 doesn't have a hardcore mode like NV which gives ammo weight and you need to sleep/eat/drink
so carry all the ammo you want verb

What is the "CND" meter for weapons? Is that, like, its condition, or something?
Mhmm, if the bar reaches empty then it'll break and become useless, unless you repair it using another one of the same or similar item As condition drops, so does the damage/protection of the item you're using

I also try to avoid radioactive substances, too. Like Nuka Cola. But I have a 10% rad resistance, so I guess that's my threshold, but what happens when you cross over that threshold?
Pay attention to the Geiger counter on your pipboy/whenever you drink/eat radioactive things You have a limit of 1000 rad (You die when you reach that), radiation poisoning sets in at 200 rad and it gets worse from there

Yep. A low intelligence playthrough in 3 or New Vegas can be hilarious because often times, normal quests or events come up with bonus dialogue to match your dull wits.
It's even worse in Fallout 1 and 2 A low intelligence character in those games is incapable of understanding the story, what people are saying or even completing most side quests because no one wants to talk to someone so dumb

If my laptop can run skyrim can it run this game
My laptop is able to run GTA V at close to medium specs pretty well, but it has trouble running this game on anything but lowest at a good and stable frame rate
My three year old laptop could handle Attila at about medium graphics, how old is yours?
I got it last year, I don't know what's wrong ;___; If that's the case, then perhaps it's running off of my integrated graphics or something silly, not the first time it's happened
