All the Metal Gear shit was contained in that one big thread for awhile, and seven or eight people alone made it the biggest thread on the website. Same kind of thing is happening with the Halo 5 and Fallout 4 threads.
With these bigger threads, it's not like the rest of the forum died--redundant shit was just contained in one thread. I think the same could be said of groups, but I'm just postulating.

Just what I don't want to see is a first page that's 75% megathread/general like Bungle.

In games with objects with a high movement speed, 60 is probably necessary, but outside of that stable 30 is generally fine. It's all a tradeoff, really. To have a stable 60 FPS and 30 racers on the same screen, F-Zero X had to sacrifice polygon count and make everything look really, really old. Whilst we have much better technology than the N64 now, a sacrifice still has to occur if you want a stable 60 FPS. In Halo 5's case, split-screen had to be cut completely, and personally I'd take a lower stable framerate over no local MP any day.
I'm pretty sure they also had to downgrade the graphics and add in a "dynamic resolution", which changes the resolution depending on what's going on in game to keep the framerate at 60 fps

I'd like to travel, but beyond suddenly becoming a millionaire, I can't think of a job that I could get that would involve travel on at least a yearly basis.

Found Vault 106 on the way to Arefu, but I'm not gonna allow myself to get distracted...
I'm just teasing, I usually pick that one too (Or I guess the opposite one since I always play female characters), unfortunately there isn't one for same sex like there is in NV so you can't do extra damage and have extra dialogue for guys too
