All the games are pretty disconnected story wise, you don't need to play Fallout 1 to understand 2 and the like
The first two are turn based CRPGs common of the 90's, and 3, NV and 4 are first person/third person RPGs

There is already a mod that has no character voice, so it'll be easy to overhaul the dialogue very soon.
Hope so Well I'm on PS4 so I'll have to deal with it until I get a gaming PC, but I just feel like there isn't enough options, the dialogue variety and amount of dialogue is there, it's just not shown in the wheel

I'm beginning to dislike the dialogue wheel, it's not the dialogue itself or the fact the character talks, it's more the lack of variety of options
