Why do games have to be so shallow and watered down nowadays.
Has the golden age of gaming passed?
Uh, yeah.
Twenty years ago.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt didn't exist 20 years ago though

Damnit, debates ended up happening.
front page has more than enough info to answer your OP
Mostly negative stuff sadly, kinda wished for more positive outlooks with genuine discussion on what some of the best parts in Fallout would be.
But this is Sep7.
Well, since you want positives, I'll list some down for you Positives: -Obscene amount of content (hehe) -Fantastic gameplay, Bethesda really nailed it this time -Enemies are interesting and fun to fight -Some of the best writing in a Bethesda game (It's definitely a step up in a lot of places, and there's more than three voice actors in the game) -A fun town building mechanic, it's surprisingly well done -Better story than Fallout 3 -Interesting weapons and armour modding system -Power Armour is AMAZING, like it actually feels like power armour

oh yeah, i forgot about new vegas
i've heard nothing but praise for that one
It's amazing, even though Obsidian was extremely rushed while making it, it really helps that a lot of the people who worked on the original 2 Fallouts also worked on NV. Funnily enough, NV is probably more of an actual "Fallout 3" than Fallout 3 is

fallout 4 looks to be packed with an obscene amount of content

fo4 is better overall. f3 did a few things better though. i think that's kinda funny
for as much praise as the fallout series tends to get here, no one seems to like the games all that much
i mean, a 6/10 isn't a great score--especially if it's better than the last installment
I'd personally give Fallout 3 a 6/10, Fallout 4 would be a 7.5/10

Considering nearly two thirds of the world's population lives on the Asian continent, I'd have to say they'd win just by sheer numbers

-Adorable accent -Super curious and interested in everything -Cute personality -Scientist -Adorable accent -Enthusiastic about learning 10/10 would wander with

Yeah what's the point of the like and dislike? I constantly made Cait dislike some things for me, but she still opened up to me. There is a mod where it says things like
"Cait disliked that but zero fucks were given"
hiding companion quests/character development behind aggregate points rather than specific triggers. fucking bethesda.
I don't mind that decision. I just don't understand what the point of it is since they never seem to leave if you hit a certain dislike, and will actually open UP to you when you keep getting dislikes.
Yeah, I kept doing things Valentine disliked, and yet he still ended up chatting to me about how he got into Diamond City like why are you telling me this you hate me

I honestly do think Fallout 4 is Bethesda's best work since Morrowind/Oblivion, in a lot of ways
It's just... The RPG aspect of the game was a HUGE part, and I'm super sad that it's just not there in the way we've seen in past Fallout games, I think they focused too hard on some parts, and forgot about others.
I honestly don't know why they thought it was a good idea to get rid of the Karma system, when there was no viable replacement in the slightest. And they don't even have a reputation system either.
And the companion system is atrocious too, even if the companions themselves are actually really cool

I feel like Vault 95 would be better if Bethesda didn't make it painfully obvious what happened there.
They're not very good at subtle story telling.
Also, why do the Brotherhood now all of the sudden randomly speak Latin?
