The art style and how the leaders are done are probably my only gripes with what I've seen so far
I'm actually really, really interested in the concepts of cities covering more than one tile, and wonders having to be built on separate tiles too
Also, they're not splitting up things like religion into DLC this time, which is nice

Just going to point out that animals are very conscious and aware of themselves. They can feel pain and suffering, and can definitely be very intelligent.
Insects, not so much. But animals are for sure. I'm fairly certain ants do not have the parts that would allow them to experience these things.
