I also tried to explain my POV on it, because I expect many others to feel the same way, but they might not choose to observe, but instead judge you before you've done anything. Two examples are Ganondorf, and Incan.
Incan's a friend. He's just taking the piss out of it.

I talked to Noelle recently about Fallout 4

Goji, Korra, and Fruit are some of the chillest members on this site. I think they'd be pretty good.

This is by far the least transphobic website on the internet that isn't a dedicated trans safe haven.
Sep7agon used to be pretty damn transphobic in the early months.
It's only changed because of the seemingly endless debates on the topic where people have actually managed to put aside their preconceived notions and look at it from different perspectives such as medical, psychological and societal.
Also having people that are living examples (that weren't batshit crazy SJWs) were no doubt helpful.
I can't speak for how it used to be, but it seems quite alright regarding this stuff now
