They felt kind of boring to me, there wasn't really all that much done with them. You just united little settlements together, and that felt like their only purpose.
The BoS and the Institute were way better done, the BoS especially, they were my favourite faction in 4.

Use the same Google account, it saves your apps I had to do it after my old phone broke, and it saved what apps I had previously downloaded so I could install them again

i hope this works. but im guesing the nexus phones dont have the buttons like samsungs do. otherwise theyre the same? i like my buttons to be touched, not on a screen 
Yeah Nexus phones have digital buttons, but otherwise I'd probably recommend it just for the fact it's stock android which is really nice

Isn't there a problem with nuclear waste disposal right now? Like, scientists and engineers haven't really figured out the best method of getting rid of it? Nuclear power isn't something I read into a lot.
Nah it's super easy, relatively speaking. Some can be recycled, and the rest is encased in concrete and buried in dirt. Having a few sites for disposal is infinitely better than having millions of tons of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
And once we develop mass-driver technology more, we can shoot it into the sun.
Dunno about shooting nuclear material into space, imagine the fallout if it somehow broke up in the atmosphere
