I'll preorder MGSV, Halo 5 and Arkham Knight after they go gold. Only because I plan on buying those digitally and I want to preload them. But I won't pre-order anything else.

MGS, Halo and Arkham games are an obligation for me to get. Those are the only games I preorder. Just so happens that they're all releasing this year.
Not so much Halo, but seeing as the only reason I bought a X1 is because of Halo 5 I know I'm going to buy it.
And with this kind of thinking devs will continue to ship broken and shitty products.
So MGS, which releases once per platform generation, is going to screw me out of $60? I hate MGS4 but I still thought it was worth the amount charged. There is literally no scenario where I will feel cheated out of my money by KojiPro.
Arkham games I trust. I didn't preorder Origins becauae I didn't know the dev, but I know Rocksteady. They make quality games. Devs that don't fuck me over consistently deserve my money, and because I want the game ASAP, I want to preload. And to get preload, I need to preorder digitally.
Bungie was a dev everyone could trust...
