i'm living in a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment with two of my good friends in the fall

see now that would be optimal if there were any decent single bedroom apartments in this area that weren't so fucking expensive
i hate being poor 
What are the rates per month?
the only place i was considering starts at $880/month, and it's a good 30 minutes away from my university
the place i'm moving to with my friends will be $550/month and it's right off campus

I'm for medical legalization. I'm only against full-on legalization because more people will openly use it and cause car accidents and such. And there have been some local deaths over the years due to the misuse of the drug and any marijuana-related thing like weed brownies.
I personally don't partake in this. I choose to not get in a state where my mind is numbed out or to where I lose good judgement. I drink alcohol very rarely(only 3 times so far ever), but I don't get drunk. I don't smoke, all that stuff.

Essentially the warranty is already void as "Acts of God" can be ambiguous in it's meaning.
