Here's some actual advice. I recommend using Benzoyl Peroxide 4% cream. Use it twice daily when you wake up and before you go to bed. Check your body wash and shampoo/conditioner if it has Laureth Sulfate in it then get rid of it. That chemical will clog your pores. Switch to a more organic shampoo here's what I use. If you have a lot of money or health insurance visit a dermatologist and ask them to prescribe you doxycycline 100mg. Doxycycline is a antibiotic that helps kill acne-causing bacteria. Also it's good to exfoliate once a week. And try not to wash your face too often this will cause your face to produce more oils to replace those that are constantly being lost. Don't forget to wash your clothes frequently and your towels and sheets.
