i never really understood terraria
its just another minecraft photocopy right?
On first glance the similarities are there, block building and resource gathering shit'n'stuff.
However it's the combat and items where similarities fall off. Terraria kinda turns JRPG-esq with the plethora of weapons, armors, and spells with varying stats that you fight many different bosses with. Just without turn based nonsense.
hmmmm might be worth the looksie then
alternatively 'metroidvania' could describe some aspects of the game, if youve heard of the term.

I was going to play it but i saw a screenshot of the combat and it looked like that of Dage Origins
It's proper rpg dice rolling combat.
Fuckin casul.
I liked Origins <.< but it was a drag to play for longer than like 30 minutes at a time.
