In the Singularity Reactor you could literally bring Thordan down to 00.01% of his HP before the wave of "mechanics" started. And you could literally fail all the mechanics except for the DPS check giant meteor and not wipe.

Actually just got that in Trial roulette, brought him down to 20% before the AoE boogaloo. Out of all the normal trials in HW, Zurvan felt the hardest and even then not by much compared to the others.

The point is that it came out before Destiny. That's the best time to cash in on hype. There's a reason no publisher would pick up Warframe, and it's not because it's a bad game. It's because the industry knew exactly what was coming with Destiny, and didn't want to back a doomed horse. DE even recognized this when the went to self-publish,  and realized the only way they could get the game established without competing against Bungie's juggernaut would be to structure it as F2P.

The fact that Warframe is still around is only a testament to how well they cashed in on that hype.

Warframes concept was created way earlier before Destiny in Dark Sector, their first original game. Their ideas for Dark Sector were shafted because of the publisher. They wanted to do something thats closer to what Warframe is now but publisher said no because it wouldnt sell.

Thats why nobody wanted to pick up Warframe, industry was still in the brown doom and gloom phase. Youre factually wrong.
