We've been trying to do that. Hell, when the US used the serum on the Ebola patients that were US citizens, one prime minister had the nerve to say that Africa needed it more and can't believe we haven't delivered it to them. I'm losing faith in having them improve, it's a lost cause.
Then don't support Africa if you don't have faith in them, i do, and will wait and see if Africa is living new or not.
