I'm so disappointed with Destiny. You'd think the creators of Halo would make a much better game with a better story. The gunplay is till pretty fun and I enjoy playing with my friends though.

Destiny has a lot of potential in the long run. I'm just annoyed about how much the cut out and are probably selling back to us. I bet that was ActiVision's doing.
5 years of making a game i pretty fucking long, releasing it at september 9th was reasonable because bungie had the time to finish this game.

Definitely Halo.
While Destiny isn't bad per se, and I'm having tons of fun with it and it's a blast with friends, but there are a lot of problems.
Like the story.
Or lack thereof.
Like, what the fuck was Bungie doing with the story? I get the feeling that they were either trying to go for a Dark Souls-esque go-and-figure-it-out and find the lore thing, but if so it was really botched, or they had a good story and then decided "fuck it, let's cut the story entirely and fill it with defend Dinklage for 10 years repeatedly".
This is coming from the guys who made Halo, a game with a brilliant story and lore!

Halo as of now, but Destiny could surpass it if Bungie fixes some of the horrible features, such as the story.

Indeed. Bungie in general is spectacular at emotional/atmospheric storytelling like that. Even without a proper plot and repetitive bosses the fight in the Black Garden was awesome, in no small part due to the music.
True, and its kind of like the only level i liked, the final boss doesn't count.
