From what I seen it was because even when he was sitting still hidden it would find him, while it's faster than you and invincible to your weapons. I could see how random survival could be annoying.
Xenomporphs can sense people, through walls etc etc, how is this random when its quite obvious that it can find you anyways.
Well sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. It's a lot of trial and error spread out over a 20 hour campaign it can become frustrating to keep randomly dying.
Yea i guess you have a point, i can only guess that its getting good reviews because of payment, thats just me, i don't know if the actual game is good, IGN claims it ok, so this could mean that the other reviews were payed.

Congrats. Recently the farthest I made it was to Gravemind on Legendary before giving up.
Funny thing because thats what happened to me as well, i just gave up when i was on the Gravemind level, lol at least i made it out alive 
I believe I was on the room with the two Hunters and I could just not kill them with what weapons I had. No where near as frustrating as the Heretic Leader and Regret on Legendary. Regret's infinite spawning henchman made me rage so hard...
I was at the beginning of the level, and let me tell you that it was way harder then the hunter level, the hunter level was kind of easy once you know what your doing, the beginning is a different story, grunts with needlers plus spongebob brutes equals more frustration and raging

It is, however its not like the original halo games, the story shits on destiny, the mp shits on destiny, but it doesn't shit on the original halo games because its not the greatest mp, story is the only one that is worth playing.
Oddly enough, this I can agree with. Even if Halol 4's story is pretty bad, it at least has a story.
I don't even know what Destiny is anymore. Should have just been Bungie's experimental project and then they release their real IP that's not backed by any publisher.
OT: No thanks. I can't even beat that game on Legendary. It's pissing me off because my MP Spartan looks like shit. Mark 6 Armor with a Gold Visor is the only thing that looks good.
^Can't beat Halo 4 on legendary The Spartans in Halo 4 I can agree with, only one that looks good is the mk 6 and with gold visors.
