Gaming / About the T-60« on: November 19, 2015, 06:01:41 PM »
This has been bothering me lately, but I'm wondering, do you guys think it fits for the Fallout Universe, because I don't think it does. FIRST, if the T-60 was so advance how come the majority of the brotherhood of steel in California is wearing T-51. SECOND, In canon lore, the T-51 was one of the most advance power armors, every (well the majority) of the US army wore this after the the defeat of China in Alaska. Sorry but I will never accept the T-60, Bethesda should get a better writing team.

Gaming / "LORRA, you fucking CROFT" Rise of The Tomb Raider - 1 days« on: November 06, 2015, 07:45:34 PM »
RELEASE DATE: November 10, 2015
Trailers Spoiler Story Spoiler In her first adventure, Lara Croft was forged into a true survivor, but she glimpsed a deeper, secret world. In the next chapter of her journey, Lara must use her survival skills and wits and ultimately accept her destiny as the Tomb Raider. After she encountered an immortal being, Lara spent a year researching eternal life to both understand and prove what she saw. This research leads on her on a quest to find Kitezh, a mythical city both founded and lost in what is now Russia's Siberian tundra. Character's Spoiler Main Characters Spoiler Lara Croft Jonah Maiava Jacob Ana Sofia Spoiler Konstantin Spoiler Trinity Remnants Artworks Spoiler The Full Artworks are on this website. http://www.tombraiderchronicles.com/rise-of-the-tomb-raider/artwork-01.html Musics Spoiler Gameplay Spoiler During Microsoft's E3 2015 Gameplay Demo, it was shown that Rise of the Tomb Raider retains many familiar elements from the previous game. Lara is shown using dual Icepicks to ascend cliff walls, and jumping or leaping to catch an adjoining walls include quick time button prompts for a successful action. There are also returning elements of rapidly maneuvering through dangerous terrain, and having to platform between crumbling ledges and around explosions or debris. When out of danger, Lara will still be able to scavenge and craft, as seen by her making a crude bow, and killing an elk for supplies. Locations Spoiler The settings of Rise of Tomb Raider appears to take place in more locations than previously guessed. In addition to the frozen peaks seen in the initial trailer, a large ruined castle that's hidden from the harsh cold is also seen, and is possibly the place Lara is looking for. Also seen are similarly lush looking ruins (likely a different ruin entirely given her change of clothing), and an underground tomb complete with a tower and waterfalls. In other scenes we see locations such as an icy factory-looking area full of girders and pipes, an underground cave system complete with minecarts laden with gold, and underwater wrecks. According to Franchise Director Noah Hughes, Rise of the Tomb Raider will feature a lot more main story tombs and even more optional tombs hidden off the beaten path. The development team realized fans loved the combat of Tomb Raider, but wanted tomb exploration more than anything else. Combat Spoiler While little has been revealed in way of fighting enemies, it has become apparent that Lara is not alone in her new adventure. During the gameplay demo, various scenes where shown of Lara fending off assailants, and using her stealth takedowns from behind, as well as a new underwater takedown, presumably to defeat enemies standing near water. Rise of the Tomb Raider will allow players to take out enemies without killing them. A new system allows Lara Croft to craft items on the fly. Additionally, Rise of the Tomb Raider will give a little more attention to the wild animals of the area. An E3 2015 demo showed a developer fighting a large bear in a lengthy battle. Weapons Spoiler Gameplay, Combat and Location info was a CAP (Copy and Paste) 49

The Flood / Worst to Top Star Wars Movie?« on: October 18, 2015, 06:01:51 PM »
I know EP 7 is 2 months away and very early, but just out of curiosity. For me it's this.
6. Star Wars Episode 2: Attack of The Clones (One of the worst Star Wars movies I had ever seen, you thought the CGI was bad enough, how about very bad romance coming in and shoving it down your throat. The fights were just badly done and silly, Characters were so stupid in this movie, also making one of the badass characters, Darth Vader, into a whiny bitch of his backstory is not great, and of course Jar Jar Fucking Rabbit. The only thing that was interesting in this movie were clones, battle of genonosis, and when all the Jedi came in and kicked ass in that gladiator area. This is what happens when a director falls down to the dark side, ridiculous.) 2/10 5. Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace (While it's better then Episode 2, however that doesn't mean it's a good or great movie. When I first saw this I was hyped as shit, I was ready to finally learn the back story of Darth Vader of who he is and how he fall to the dark side, how the empire came to be, obi-wans back story, I get to finally learn all of this. But when it was release, It was nothing but bantha fodder. First of all why the fuck did George Lucas thought that making Jar Jar Fucking Rabbit into an annoying shit head was a good idea, secondly why is the Yoda Puppet shit compared to the original one in 5 - 6, and finally why is the cgi so bad. Anakin Skywalker was fine, however making him ride a ship into space and battle in space was unnecessary and to cliche, The only character I found ok was Obi-Wan Kenobi, and the only scenes I found interesting was Darth Maul fight scene, the rest was just to cliche.) 3/10 4. Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of The Sith (The only thing good in the shit prequels, I'll be honest, I didn't have hopes for this movie, I thought it was going to be another shit prequel movie, but somehow I was wrong. THIS, is probably the closest Star Wars vibe we will get from George Lucas. Is it like the Originals? No, is it great? No, but is it good? Absolutely, and I'll tell you why. When the intro starts, a battle has already started, while the CGIs where ok, I almost got the Star Wars vibe to me, and the music just made it so, this is probably my first time feeling a vibe from the prequels. Next is the Order 66 scene, Holy SHIT was that one of the most incredible scenes ever, you have to be an idiot if you thought that scene was shit, just seeing it gives me goosebumps and chills, THIS is what I expect from GL. Next is the fight for Obi-Wan vs Anakin, this is probably one of the most ant-climactic scenes I had ever seen, the conflict of Anakin falling to the dark side and murdering every Jedi (besides the children part, that was unnecessary), leaving Obi-Wan to stop him is one the most good scenes ever. And of corse, the moment we all been waiting for, DARTH VADER. I will never forget that scene, this is the moment, we get to finally see the black mask himself, to finally see the Vader finally being born, the only thing I didn't like was the "NOOOOOO" part. The only redeemable movie in the prequels) 6/10 3. Star Wars Episode 6: Return of The Jedi (A good conclusion in the Original Trilogy, seeing The Emperor for the first time was interesting, and seeing Jabba the Hutt the first time gave a "WTF" feeling. Luke feels almost wise and jedi like, also the final conflict between father and son was heartbreaking to see. the Battle of Endor was well done, Vader choosing son or master, and the ending IMO was good enough to end the saga (that was until Disney decided to make Ep7, 8, and 9), what can I say, I had blast from this movie) 8/10 2. Star Wars Episode 4: A New Hope (The movie that started everything, the movie that made me by star wars toys, the one that made me interested in the lore, and the movie that made me become a fan. The first time I saw this I was mind blown, first time seeing this gave me a "wow, this director knows his shit" THIS is when George Lucas was an actual film maker and director "Special effects without a story is boring". First time seeing Darth Vader gave me chills, and it made me a huge geek on Darth Vader, I even bought toys of Vader when I was a kid. Han Solo is a badass, scratch it. This movie has great characters that made me like. I used to have Han Solo as one of my favorites, but that has changed thanks to The Empire Strikes Back, speaking of The Empire Strikes Back.) 9/10 1. Star Wars Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back (If you told any Star Wars fan what the best series out of all the Star Wars movies, 10/10 there going to say "The Empire Strikes Back". And you know what, they're right, this is one of the best Star Wars movies I had ever seen in my life, not only it has one of the best characters ever, but it has one of the most greatest stories that is ever told in Star Wars. The Battle Of Hoth, seeing Yoda training Luke, seeing Luke fighting Vader, seeing another badass smuggler next to Han, and revealing the big secret "Luke, I am your father". This is the movie I will always put on number one, and it will be the only movie that I will always consider the best.) 10/10 Do you have a rank? It would be interesting to see what your worst and top star wars movie is. 57

Gaming / Favorite Metal Gear game?« on: September 20, 2015, 06:55:03 PM »
Since the MG series has ended, I figure why not show our favorite Metal Gear games (since there all done)
1. MGS 3: Snake Eater (One of the best MGS games) 2. MGS 4: Guns of the Patriot (Badass story with badass gameplay with badass characters, that ending thou ;__; ) 3. MGS ( I don't care how old this is, it's still a great game) 4. MGS 2 (Not sure why people hate Raiden in this, i thought he was good, not great thou. The story is great and Solidus is a badass) 5. MGS V: The Phantom Pain/ Ground Zeroes (they're all connected so why not, also there OK, not the best sadly.) 6. MGS Peace Walker (Great Story, Great Characters, Music is great to, the rest? Meh) 7. MG2 (Better then MG, that's for sure, It's not a bad game, and i still like it, just not one of the best IMO) 8. MG (Meh, could of been better) 9. MGR: Revengence (I like to think of it as a new story since solid snakes and big bosses stories are done, that doesn't mean MGR is bad, I liked it, I thought it was good.) 10. MGS: Portable Ops (IMO, Story is good but the game is terrible, bad MGS game, I don't know what Kojima Productions was smoking, but whatever.) 11. MG Acid (I can't believe I forgot about this game, WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT PLAY THIS, the worst MGS game I have ever played, kojima? Kojima! KOJIMAAAAAAAAAAAA!) |
