Still find it funny how it's better than MGS V.

MGS V was great though? I seriously don't understand the hate for that game at all.
Unfinished story
Only 2 zones
Insanely repetitive gameplay
etc

Didn't feel that it was unfinished at all (yes I know we never got the final few missions. But honestly atleast we know what they were going to be), you can literally say every game has repetitive gameplay. I literally had no problems with that game, except maybe the controls were a little strange.

The two zones was fine, I was just hoping for more jungle in Africa.

Your dad is a Manchester United fan?

Mega car sounds yucky as a term tbh.

Can't we go back to referring to everything from the Lamborghini Diablo onwards as Super/Hypercars?

Also when is SSC making the Tuatara? I read an article on it in 2010/11 where they were promising stats like 1,700hp, 2.3 second 0-60 and a top speed of 276. Did they abort production/fall short of their goals?

Production cars are getting absurd tbh. I wonder when we'll be bidding farewell to the 300mph barrier.

I believe the Tuatara is still being worked on, but I haven't heard anything about it

$280, I expected worse

They were aged quite a bit more than 25 at this point. I'm giving it at least a decade for the lot.

Easily $500 then
I would drink on that note.

I've made more expensive mistakes, but that still stings. Did you have a bit of it at least?
It nearly matched the 196 proof everclear my father makes at the liquor plant, but with an indescribable odor that had a bit of a sweetness to it.

Rating?

Fantastic visuals doesn't communicate anything about story or gameplay, and does not deserve a 9 based on visuals alone. It certainly seems to have a lot of critical acclaim, though. I'm waiting to see what fans have to say about it.

I beat the game, I completely forgot to put that in haha, I posted that when I was towards the end and just wanted to say how beautiful it is.

The entire game, gameplay story and visuals are absolutely incredible.
Oh, sorry I didn't see that. Are you planning on reviewing it? I don't have a ps4 but I'm building a list of titles I want to try out and the Uncharted series seems interesting.

I borrowed my cousin's PS4, well, he's staying at my apartment and he got an early copy so I beat it while he watched (It was clear early on I was better). I actually might buy a PS4K (or whatever it ends up being called) because of this game. I was that blown away. I never played Uncharted but I always said it was the only game I would get a PS3/4 for.

I might do a review, but I can't imagine it being unique from other major reviews. I literally don't have a single issue with the game. At all. I haven't played a game that made me buy into it this much since probably Mass Effect. What you see, the mystery and the journey feels so real. Yes there are moments that are so ridiculously over the top, but its part of the style.

There really are moments, and scenes that I genuinely was in awe of what I was seeing. I have no idea how they managed to pull this off on a console. I have no idea how they managed to keep every line of dialogue and every area so...real.

I thought the 10/10 reviews were just fluff because it was the last game, but I really believe those scores are just.
You have the advantage of giving us one of the first fan-made reviews probably, and they can be just as important as professionally critical reviews. It's pretty neat having someone on the forum to communicate their experience this early.

Not too early, it comes out tommorow (or today the 10th).

Ill write up a review in the morning :)

We have had the sports car, the super car, the hybrid trifecta, the hyper car, and now we have the new class.

Proper production cars, no track only, no gimmicks. As of right now there are three, two from Koenigsegg and one from Bugatti.

The Chiron (1500hp, <3 second 0-60, 261mph top, $2M)
The One:1 (1341hp, 2.5 second 0-60, 273mph top, $2.85M)
The Regera (1500hp+, 2.8 second 0-60, 270mph top, $1.9M)

Now that, that is speed, and I know speed. Not only are these cars fast, they are expensive, and they are luxurious. I have a history of constantly bad mouthing Koenigsegg and Bugatti, and it appears I will be eating my own words soon. But there is no denying that they both have accomplished something incredibly significant.

Whether you like cars or not, you can't deny that it is incredible that we can produce a land vehicle that can go that fast.

PSU is always talking about how much kids learn from playing sports

but i've never seen him describe exactly what they learn

except for
- worthless bullshit
- stuff they could've learned anywhere else, doing something less stupid, wasteful, and harmful

Then again your going against a wall, and your a wall too.

He believes sports are the cure all, you think sports are basically one the biggests wastes of resources.

You guys are never going to hit any common ground

Without any doubts it deserves atleast a 9. I have no complaints, and it is without any exaggeration the best looking video game I have ever seen. And it's on a console. There are moments where it looks far better then any modded Skyrim. No exaggerations.

The attention to detail, even from simple and small things is amazing.

I thought Quantum Break set a bar for console game visuals, but this blows it out of the water. It is mind blowing how naughty dog managed to keep such a stable frame rate during some of the sequences and set pieces.

Forgot to mention I beat the game lmao. The story was just as good as the visuals and the gameplay. In other words, fucking fantastic.

I got something.  My mother doesn't respect my uhh talent?.. as a real profession, or what have you, and thinks an oil portrait is something i can "just get done with", even though the guy paid $150 for it.  She's an old fashioned workaholic who'd rather spend her life earning a living that she forgets to live.

#MillennialProblems

You do commissions for oil paintings?
I was asked to do one for a guy she works with.  He does a suicide prevention charity, and he asked if I could do a painting of guys who took their lives.  I told him to just donate the money to the charity, cuz i couldn't accept money for that.  Pluuusss it's also still being worked on because I've been super busy with sculpture and photo the past semester.  Long story short, as long as I can make people something that will make them happy, yeah.

Good on you.

How different is it to do oil paintings when compared to different styles? Like does it take longer and is harsher or?

Sorry, I've just never met someone who does oil paintings
I personally like oils best because of how long they take to dry, which is good and bad.  But I'm really meticulous when I paint and need to blend all my edges, which oils are great for.  But they're a bitch to clean up.  But'll I'll admit I'm not very good with abstract painting, and generally need some kind of subject matter.

Spoiler
Like this was all oil, with only a deep red, a light turquoise, and white.

That's phenomenal. How long did that take? Weeks?

You see I have a precision strike method to applying for shitty food service jobs.
2/2 on applications so far.

Can't wait to try to get a job that pays a living wage.
Get some marketable skills then.
literally no such thing

Of course there is, if your good at graphic design or some form of art you can go freelance. Although if you do that incorrectly you just waste your time, it's still an avenue to make money.

My brother banked in for a while through freelance jobs.

How's your week been?

I'm pretty worn out from mine

A-OK compadre, things have been great. I was burned out last week from finals though

I failed a class (fuck online classes) and I have to retake a final because it didn't submit.

That sucks fam, sorry

Im going to enjoy all my money going to retaking that class : (

Aren't online classes typically much cheaper?

More expensive

Really? That's crazy, I have usually only seen them be cheaper

Well my college is shit so I'm not surprised

That's pretty trash ngl, no better prices anywhere else? If your taking online classes I would assume you can take classes at a bunch of different universities

Well our local FSU campus that I plan on attending is more expensive, this is just a State college im going to. Doing this stuff there only because its the cheapest of the two.

Don't go to FSU noooooooooooooooooooo

Don't have much choice with the financial situation I'm in.

Fuck FSU
