Heysoose, I didn't know the internet was actually this serious.
It becomes a bit serious when people attack others at a more personal level.
Shit nigga, did someone go into irl waters or something?
That shit occurs often here.
Am I missing something? No one here is close enough to each other location wise to interact.
I know Nasty and BC live like 5 minutes from each other >.>
I live about 10 minutes from Gojira and 20 from Kitsune and possibly an hour or so from Sceptile.

Me and Nasty have probably seen each other, that's how close we are
That's pretty fracking cool actually.

Equally scary though

I own the sun. Now pay the tax for using it

That woman was ridiculous
I agree and that is why I sued her. I won the rights to be the new owner of the sun.

Congrats!

I now sue you for using the moon as your avatar, you don't have those rights.

I haven't seen much of his music for a while..

Same, he's kind of fallen off

Getting lazy?

Or just working on a new album, I believe he's coming out with something in November

http://blog.dupontregistry.com/the-lifestyle/people/celebrity-cars/deadmau5-orders-blue-mclaren-p1/

Deadmau5, popular DJ, orders a custom blue P1. Why you may ask? Well.

He owns a Mclaren 650S (Meowclaren) and a Ferrari 458 (Purrari). Ferrari, after seeing what he did to his 458, sent him a cease and desist. So what does he do? He turns down buying a La Ferrari and goes to buy a P1 just to say a nice frack you. Classy.

It was pretty sweet to meet him at the beginning of the last Gumball 3000 rally, as well as Tory Belacci from Mythbusters haha. Happy to see him buy an amazing car and add to his collection.

I literally have no idea how this even started, and if someone wants to fill me in via PM please do. It's stupid to fracture the community of things as irrelevant as this. We all came here to be friends and hang out with the people we all like from b.net

This isn't about who's better or anything, it's about enjoying the company of others. If someone wants to be a dick just ignore them honestly. No one needs to blatantly kill the vibe if this website.

Please stop, and let's move on

CPU: Haswell Core i7 4770K
RAM: 8 GB DDR3 Ripjaws series
Storage: 1 TB HDD w/ 250 GB SSD
Motherboard: Asus Z87-A
PSU: 600W
Cooler: Noctua NH-D14
GPU: Gigabyte AMD Radeon R9 270X
Keyboard:  Corsair Vengeance K70 Cherry MX Brown
Mouse: Corsair Vengeance M65 laser mouse
Monitor: Acer H6 series H236HL
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Pretty solid, how's the 270X been?

It has it's limitations but it's pretty good.

I heard the cooler is pretty awful, unless you have a custom cooler (I don't know if the model you have has Gigabyte's custom fan array)

Yeah my cooler is fine as the GPU never goes above 30 degrees Celsius.  I also have a Noctua cooler and a Fractal case so that helps improve air flow.

That's pretty good, nice. Any over clocks?

Yeah I OC'd my GPU about 150 MHz also my CPU when being stress tested goes up to about 4 GHz.

Nice!

Come at me, tower elitists
With how much I was jumping between houses three years ago, and at a rather good discounted price I scored the thing at, it made a lot more sense than buying a rig that I'd only see half of the time.

Still runs shit well enough (I keep Metro Last Light looking better than on any console), and I don't foresee the need to really upgrade for another two years at least. Definitely gonna build a tower then, since my home is more stable.

I'm building a tower and it's ganna weigh like 50 pounds and I'm moving haha

HAF X is a great case, it's never wrong to go overkill with a case. Airflow is everything
Oh it's amazing, but all of my stuff could have fit in a mid tower, but I dished out the extra cash so I could make my computer a beast.  :P

The corsair 900D is godly

Law and legal matters. It's too late for me to go back to school and become a lawyer, though.

Why is it to late?
Because I'm a month away from my masters and already have a career I enjoy enough.

Oh, what's your current career, if you don't mind me asking
Overall, the umbrella is Education. I was a high school teacher, I left to work for a non-profit that raises money for schools, and now I have a position waiting for me in January for Educational Technology and Instructional Design. In short, I'll be designing courses and curriculum implementing current and upcoming technology, and teaching the teachers how to effectively use it in the classroom to better engage the students.

Nice! My school could use some help haha
Yeah, so many schools do. The problem is that teachers and schools get grants for new technology, but nobody shows them how to properly use it in the classroom, so they either end up collecting dust, or you have $75,000 worth of laptops that are used for some bullshit that the teacher could be doing from their projector or smartboard.

We use iPad's here and it's kind of a failure
