People should not be able to drive cars worth more then around $40,000 on any public road. If you accidentally hit someone's million dollar car, you should not be liable to pay for something like that.
Not trying to be rude, I really like you as a person, but nobody needs shit like that. People have actually problems in society and then this woman is going to have to pay for a stupid million dollar car.
I wasn't driving a million dollar car, and people should pay attention rather then doing their make-up and speeding. She didn't break, just went straight into my back.

I did not say it was not her fault, I said nobody should be allowed to legally drive cars like that on any public road.
But is that fair? A Large majority of new cars are in that price range, or over. I'm the grand scheme, accidents shouldn't happen in the first place (I'm making that point, although obviously they are going to happen.) it's just how it is. It goes with our freedom I guess, can't take away and restrict what you can and cannot do. Plus, that wouldn't be good for the world economy

So I'm driving to school, as I'm finally allowed to park there again.
On may way there I pass by a film crew. I guess they are filming a movie or tv show on a road going to my Highschool. Anyway, so people were slowing down to see what was going on. I didn't really care but I obviously had to go slow because of the people looking in front of me.
Unfortunately the person beind me was to busy doing their make up, and went straight into the back of my car. At around 30mph. See, if this was a normal situation, a damaged trunk doesn't cost much. But my engine is in the back, technically. So that got pretty messed up. That dumb bitch is going to have a very large bill on her, and her insurance is going to sky rocket.
If it was a small incident, I wouldn't really be mad. But it was pretty bad, and the reason why is so idiotic. Even the cop told the lady that it was idiotic.
So that's my morning...
