You've lost the plot on this one, just because your afraid doesn't mean everyone is scared.
I never said that.

I said if you AREN'T scared, you shouldn't be ALLOWED to drive. Because you're mentally ill.

Quote
I'm not scared at all when I'm driving. Probably everyone on this forum who drives can say the same thing lol.
Then you--all of you--are insane.

I was only ever afraid he first time I drove.

After that I haven't been scared at all. I have no reason to be. Unless, for example, I hydroplane during a turn and almost hit something or someone, which I will be afraid after the fact but not for long.

I just don't see a point in being constantly afraid. There are some shit drivers in Miami, but I've only ever been in one accident, in a suburb, because she hit me from behind (her fault) and it wasn't bad.

Can you be afraid of shit like that? Sure.

But there's no point in being afraid of your own abilities if you know the basics and don't drive like an idiot.

Like I said. Drive on the defensive. It's not being "afraid" it's just being safe.

Once again, have no idea why your arguing with me.

Speaking from my own experience and everyone I've ever known who drives
because you're a liar, and i don't like liars

everyone you've ever known who drives is scared, a little bit, to drive--whether they admit it or not

if they're not, they're mental, and they probably shouldn't be on the road

You've lost the plot on this one, just because your afraid doesn't mean everyone is scared.

When in reality, and to the vast majority of people, it is nothing to be scared about.
see, that's a lie, too

if you're not scared to drive, even a little bit, i would say that there's something mentally wrong with you

Which is normal, your afraid to make mistakes because it's something new.
so you admit that you just lied, then, when you said

Driving is nothing to be scared about at all.
it either is or it isn't

it can't be both

I'm saying YOU are personally scare.

When in reality, and to the vast majority of people, it is nothing to be scared about.

Why are you arguing with me?

The Flood / Re: i'm pretty good at parallel parking

it takes getting used to
and that's the scary part

that entire process of getting used to it

Which is normal, your afraid to make mistakes because it's something new. It's not so much a matter of getting used to it, it's just a matter of being comfortable. Once you know the basics you have to trust your own abilities.

Everything you described is stuff you should already know from city driving. Every single thing.

It's not white lying, it's me assuming you've been driving enough where you know what your doing, and that when you get on the highway you already know to check your speed, all of that. I was talking about the general fear of the highway.
then you've made an incorrect assumption

All of that is common sense though. Sure it takes getting used to but the basics are pretty intuitive.

Driving is incredibly fun
both false

The highway is the easiest driving area. It's just straight on, the only thing is knowing which exits and when you take them. Other then that is much easier then city driving. It's a common fear but once you actually get out there once, it's nothing
see, it's the white liars that i hate the very most

highway driving, while easy, is a lot more than what you described--it's not just knowing which exits and when you take them, and it's not just "straight on"--you have to make minor course corrections here and there, stay alert, maintain speed, and be wary of changes in speed zones

when you're going up slopes, you have to push harder on the accelerator, and when you're going down slopes, your foot is off the accelerator and covering the brake in case you go too fast--because you can't go too far over or under the speed limit

if i never took driver's ed and just took your advice, i'd be dead

went on the highway today, toppling over another big fear of mine

not much to say about that--it was pretty smooth sailing all around

there was a lady who pulled up in front of me as i drove back to the city, though, that was fun

Driving as a whole is incredibly easy. There are a few things that take getting used to, like knowing if your tires are straight from feeling the wheel, and feeling out the size of your car. Past that it's very simple. Keep your distance, always be on the defensive, be smart.

But there's only so much you can do, one idiot can cause you a lot. Always be keen on what's going on, and always take extra precautions.

Driving is nothing to be scared about at all. It's very easy to pick up and really easy to not make mistakes. Just keep concentration on the road

Driving is incredibly fun

The fact that your cross hair can be dead center on somebodies chest and you can still miss makes me not play it

Yeah it is pretty damn annoying, but I started just accepting the crosshair is bullshit unless your ADS on certain guns (which is so great) and just shooting at the lower body at mid range. Close range the crosshair is reliable

Man did it take some time to get used to. I played it on my gf's brothers computer, never thought about buying it or ever playing it but he said it was fun so I gave it a go.

Started off very frustrating, I was thinking ill time my shots rather then being full auto to keep accuracy, didn't work. Basically it all about spraying and just aiming at people's legs. Well, at least its what I started doing and it ended up with me going positive and winning arms race games.

But honestly, even though its pretty fun, its not something I ever thought would cost $15. I always thought it was $5 or less. I was totally down to buy it for $5 but at $15 there's not really a chance for me to get it. Ill wait for a sale (If its a game that goes on sale, ever.) And no, I know its about $5 on G2A but I'm never buying from there, too shady. Not worth the "discount".

Any of you play CS:GO? I'd love to play with you guys and maybe learn a thing or two. There are a lot of aspects I don't get, so some help would be nice.

To who?

United are 50-50 in signing him, or Real Madrid.

Real are weary of signing him because of his wage demands, but Pogba's agent is flying to Manchester to discuss personal agreements.

Reports are saying Juve are denying his transfer but if the discussions between Ed Woodward and his agent go well, as well as Mourinho's intervention, he could force the move.

That's over $135m just for a transfer fee and that's the LEAST it will cost.

How does that make you feel?
