Wait...why wouldnt she be paying rent? You don't want her to just use you, it's not a bad idea. Just things do change when you move in together

*sips tea*

Because I own the apartment

I would let her know, "This may be odd to ask because of how early, however..."  and then go from there. Sounds like you are doing this for her financial benefit and that looks good on you. Although rent free is going a bit too far?

Spoiler
I'm sure you want to stick it in her pooper though too
Ask her to contribute to rent by paying just as much as she would be paying for her commute.

It's not an issue

Why wouldn't she be paying rent? That's just dumb.

Because I own it? Lol

On a serious note, I'm Puerto-Rican.

Coqui!

Good to see someone else here is Puerto-Rican!

Haha, I'm not!

I just have a lot of Puerto Rican friends! I live in Miami. A lot of Boricua's and Cubans, and I've been all over Puerto Rico.

I'm half Cuban, our people get along

J.Cole

Every night. I have a playlist specifically for when I'm laying down.

There some varied artists in there but it's mainly comprised of his music.

1. Miami, FL. One of the few places I would ever want to live. I love the people and the culture. Being Half Cuban myself, and completely Spanish, I just feel at home. Sure, not everyone here is particularly nice, but hey, it's home.

2. Coca-Cola is my shit. It's my drink. It's the only soda I drink. Nothing like a refreshing coke.

3.  5 foot 7 inches, in great shape. I'm tan, and well, I'm sure you've seen my face.

4. Neurologist or Psychologist. Not sure yet

I've never been a fan of advancing a relationship with convenience as an excuse.

Neither am I, but it does make sense

I don't know your relationship so I can't agree or disagree, but you didn't list any reason why you want her to move in, you just stated that it's convenient for her. Do you love her? Do you see this being a long relationship? Are you honestly aware of the burdens of cohabitation? Just things to consider. Living with a girl can lose its romantic luster very quickly.

She's stayed at my place for about a month in the past and id say the romantic aspect only escalated from there. We got along very well, I can't remember anything going wrong in all honesty.

It's more or less me feeling it's too early, but that's the only thing preventing me from being completely on board.

It really depends. If things are really going well and you're both sure it can work out, I say talk to her about it with her and see what she things.

Trust me. Talking is key here. Talk about it, but don't pressure her into moving in.

We've been talking about it briefly today, I honestly can't see any problems coming from it. And usually I'm skeptical on things like this

How long have you dated exactly? Hasn't it been like 7-8 months?

I'm impressed you were that close, it's almost 8 months lol

I know I know, BC what are you doing?

Well, we haven't been dating for long enough to ask this question normally, but it sort of makes sense.

My place is about a 15 min drive from her campus, and it would save her the cost of living in a dorm and/or commuting from her house that's 45 min away.

She wouldn't have to pay rent, it's by a lot of places she frequently goes and shit, she really loves the apartment.

I'm not exactly opposed to asking, I just think it's odd to ask this "early". It would also sort of complicate things if we do in fact break up. But that's a different thing entirely.

So flood, what would you suggest

People you meet on the internet are still people. I'd say that makes them eligible to be real friends.

I'm actually Cheat's alt

I've met two users on here. IRL. They were pretty cool people. It was a bit awkward at first, but we had a blast once we got going.

EDIT: That sounded a lot more sexual than I had intended.

It sounds only sexual lmfao

The Flood / Do you consider internet friends to be actual friends?
« on: April 11, 2015, 10:30:26 PM »
This is assuming you have never actually met them.

Would you consider them true friends or simply acquaintances?

As odd as it is, I can't really consider someone a true friend unless I've actually spoken to them face to face in person.

That doesn't mean I don't care about them, I do, but it's just a lot harder for me to actually count them as a true friend.

Online friends are just acquaintances to me

Even though I guarantee Roman is exaggerating this situation(she said hi and they have each others numbers for work lol) I like this topic. It is definitely within his right to not want to fuck someone because of something that turns him off. That doesn't make him an asshole it means he has standards

Standards are good

Except when all your looking is to have sex with her and leave.

You can't try and seem good and proper when your gunning for a one night stand.
Standards when it comes to one night stands=bad? If anything they are a lot more important when you're only going to hit one time.

That's not my point.

My point is you can't take a high ground and say your within your right, when you literally only looking to have a one night stand.

That's like me saying I respect women and then going and abusing one within the same time frame.

what
OP doesn't do smokers.
Half of the post was cut off before he edited it.

OT: Are you eight? Jesus, no one's forcing you to smoke, just go out on a date with her. It's not like she's going to light up a cigarette in the coffee shop and blow the smoke in your face.
It's more than that...my straight-edge personality cannot go out with a smoker. People who do that are paying money to slowly ruin their lives. Yes, she's pretty, but that's the biggest turn of there is.
Stop being so picky
I don't stick my dick in low class.
