Eleanor, 26, also uses social media to find footballers, but without success. "It's always English players," she says. "They respond, ask for pictures, you chat—they ask where you live, when are you coming to a game—and then they ask for your number. But when you give it to them, they never, ever respond. It's frustrating because you want that opportunity to prove that you're not like all the other girls."

Eleanor insists she is different. She is high-powered. A city broker, she says she wants a footballer to keep her in the style to which she has become accustomed, and that looking for a rich footballing husband is about being "empowered."

I'll read the article tomorrow, I'm staying up late to finish assignments.

So, to address the OP only, what person, male or female, wouldn't want a free ride if given the opportunity?

I mean, yeah, it's a scummy thing to do, but marrying someone wealthy and living a life of Luxury sure beats sleeping only 3 - 4 hours to wake up at 4 in the morning, compose entire lessons, driving 30 miles to a school randomly assigned to me, so I didn't get to choose the distance, teaching the lesson to inclusion classrooms that have students that you could even give the answers to a test and they still won't write it down on the sheet, and then come home to write a twenty page analysis.

What's shocking is the depth and detail these people go to. Like it's ridiculous

I also wish there was more variation in armor.

Of all the legit complaints you've got, I've never heard this. There's so much variation from crafting (especially since armor isn't just levels of damage resistance, but has real benefits to make different builds). Have you discovered the ballistic weave?

Ballistic weave?

I know each type changes the color of the armor. But there's only two types of combat armor, two types of leather, raider armor, vault security, synth, and metal. (Half of which don't even look good)

Color differences isn't what I'm talking about. What I was hoping for was like 5 different models for each subset. Not just 2.

I have the BOS officers uniform, with chameleon and shadowed leather armor. I look literally bad ass, but I was hoping for more.

It shouldn't surprise us that some women are actually like this

But actually read it, it's far deeper then I imagined.

It's not just a generilization, but the fact they sound like legitimately educated people on this.

To preface, it's pretty damn long, but it's a good read. And by good read, I mean, it gets to show you how much some women are pieces of shit.

It's an interview of two women who aspire to be the girlfriends or wives of successful footballers. They embrace the gold digger chase, and talk about how marrying a rich guy and leaching "empowers" them.

Ffs.

Soccer/football

Defense, midfield, or forward depending on who we were going up against.

What'd you prefer?

My first Team sport was Football (AFL). I was always a Spud, but was pretty big for my age group. I was almost always placed wherever the Ball was least likely to be, but told to tackle as much as possible. Our Inter School Sports team won both years (grade 5 and 6) with me as a Defender (a few of those guys were pretty good so the ball never went in our back half). I played Soccer (sue me, it's the correct terminology in my region) a bit and was reasonably good at it, especially as a Goal Keeper too, but never really got into it as my school mates got really mad and started flinging shit at me after endless attempts at Scoring.

In Year 9 (2010) I took up Volleyball and had a pretty good serve that consistently scored points, but I partially tore a few Tendons in my Foot which sidelined me for 6 weeks, and by the time I recovered Volleyball season was over. I took up Middle Distance/Endurance running as a way to aid the rehabilitation of my Leg (it was so skinny by then that the widest point was the Ankle), and eventually got reasonably fit (sub-7:00 1.6 km after 4 weeks' training and 500 uninterrupted Situps that same year). I kept at that for a while until a friend invited me to a Mountain Bike race the next year where I placed 3rd, qualifying for State Champs and placing 11th IIRC. I did the Road Cycling event of that too and finished 4th, but decided to race Road despite the worse result.

So I've been Cycling ever since, and I started doing Track at the end of 2011 too, which was pre fun. I've had a Scholarship with a Sports Academy since 2012/'13, but that's mainly for Training Camps/educating people on how to be smart in competition, and realistically anybody with ambition can get in the Cycling Program. I was on the team that won the Team Pursuit at U19 state Champs in 2013, Bronze at the 2014 U19 Team Sprint Champs, and Silver at the 2014 Team Pursuit Championship. I still ride but haven't gotten any noteworthy results since some C Grade club race wins at the end of 2014. I want to do Road Nationals since they're in my Home town until 2017, but I keep being a piece of shit and not training/fucking up my diet/sleeping pattern. Also it's an expensive af sport in Aus.

I'm thinking of training in Boxing/MMA for base Fitness and to train the muscle groups that I don't work in Cycling. I wanna get to a pre high level tbh fam

Nice! That's a lot of shit, your cardio must be king

I started off with playing Hockey. At around 4 my brother taught me how to skate in our garage, from then I played Ice and Roller (Roller for the first 3, Ice for the remaining 8 ). When I was 15 the team I was on got dissolved for some stupid reason, we had won 3 of the last 4 tournaments we played in. I played Right Wing, and was captain the final year. I only played one year for my HS.

Then I started playing soccer, I had always played but never for a club, I've played since. Early on I was a fairly strong player, So I started as a right back. Although I did well, It became very clear I was more useful in an attacking role, as I had a knack for scoring on the top of the box on corners, and would frequently make runs up the pitch. I was then moved to a left wing/left mid position. I'm right footed but could cross on my left and preferred cutting in when it came to an attacking run. But after an injury I lost quite a bit of weight (20 pounds). I also started playing more dimensional rather then bolting down the sideline. I asked to play in an attacking midfielder position when the current starter got injured. And then from then on I've played there. I'm not a striker, I need space, and I'm not technically gifted in terms of flair or fancy tricks. But I'm good at distributing the ball and curling in shots from outside. So it fit.

How about you guys? I really don't know how many of you have played sports, or still play sports. Being the general anti sport vibe of this website (and the internet in general) I'm curious to see what history you guys have when it comes to playing a sport.

Enemies do get harder the further you go out, but only up until like level 40-50, once you get past that they just scale with you. I have no idea how much playtime I've put into the game, but there's no way I found and did everything, like wow

You should totally get The Witcher 3 if you're still in an open world RPG mood though. Or play Fallout: New Vegas, I'd suggest 3 but honestly it'll be really difficult to get into after having played 4

I love open world RPG's, well, RPG's in general.

And I've heard going back is kind of painful. And I don't really want to have that kind of experience lol. I tried F3 and didn't really like it, and that was a few years ago.

I've heard great things about Witcher but I heard the combat was pretty frustrating. Is that true? Or was it buggy before and it's better now?
The combat in the first two games isn't great, but it's great in TW3

And for Fallout: New Vegas, I think you'd really enjoy it if you're someone who loves roleplaying a lot, combat's better than Fallout 3 as well, as is a lot of things. It's my favourite Fallout game

Is it backwards compatible?

Make specialist characters, that's what I do. I got a all stealth character with the Deliverer and a maxed out 44. Magnum for when my stealth is blown. And then I got heavy weapons mcgee who never leaves his power armour. More fun I think than just being a jack of all trades. Not to just assume you do that, but a lot of people do, at least on their first playthrough.

Also I think my settlement building is borked, because whenever I fast travel away from Sanctuary it says it has no resources whatsoever, like all my stuff is despawning. Says everything is 0 except for population, and then that goes down because the game thinks I got nothing there, even though I got 80 water, power and defence with 40 or so food and plenty of beds.

Frustrating because it means it just stays at 60ish and I have to just stand in sanctuary to make it go up at all.

Sanctuary is a son of a bitch, my suggestion it to go to the island in the bottom right, clear it, and start off fresh. Move settlers from other outposts and make it 21 pop, and you can get really high happiness super quickly and it's easy. And there's a shit load of resources on the island.

That being said, there's a shit load of mirelurks, including a queen. You have to turn on a generator on a boat crashed on the island, and then go to the outpost on top of a hill, and play a sound that pops them all out of the ground. Then walk around making sure all is clear. There's mirelurk hunters on the shores, like 2 or 3 spread out.

Once your done, it's a nice clean palette, like sandbox from H3

I'm level 70 and have put just over 4 days into it.

I've done literally every quest, and even went back and did both the endings. I saw there's another but I honestly don't want to go back and do that ending as well, knowing it ends almost exactly the same as the other (at least judging off the achievement).

I have basically the perfect legendary gear, I look like a bad ass, I can go invisible whenever I want, and I destroy every enemy. Have every set of power armor including a completely maxed out super spec X-01. (Which isn't hard to get what so ever.)

I've built three custom settlements and have them to about 95% happiness (game glitches and won't get to 100%. Once it hits 96 it immediately drops to 50. No idea).

I've just about found every "secret". And done basically every quest and found every location. No fun in the radiant side missions, especially after doing them like 100 times.

I also wish there was more variation in armor. Also the fact that the enemies don't really scale. Supposedly they get harder the farther you are from Vault 111, but I still kill enemies from near by and all the way in gunner plaza and get the same XP, and still one shot them (unless it's a legendary, but pray n spray kills them in seconds).

What now? It's my first genuine play through of a fallout game and I really enjoyed it, but I've run out of things to do. Which kinda sucks because I actually really really like the game

Tbh, all you've really done is express how desperate you were to sleep with someone, rather then expressing any desire to be successful or get on the right track. You prioritized the wrong things and its biting you in the ass.

Get your shit together. The sex and all that pointless shit (in your case) will come when you get your life together. Stop moping about how your situation isn't ideal. Fix it, change it, figure out what you need to do. We aren't going to give you an agenda or game plan as to how to do that. Can we give you pointers? Yes. But ultimately you've shown very little in way of actually listening.

Drop the chase for women. Start the chase for a better life. Prove your dad wrong. Don't try, actually do it. Tell yourself you'll do it and commit. And grind until you get there.

Gift receipts are normal, regular receipts are considered rude. Just like price tags with the price on it.
Kinda odd to me but whatever. People are afraid of letting each other know how much they spent I guess.

I wouldn't want someone to know how much I spent on them tbh
