I'm disappointed they chose another map that has already been remade, along with the fact that we only get 2 BTB maps to choose from...
Not even, Zanzibar barely counts as a BTB map, it's optimal with like 5v5.

Are they even going to have a BTB playlist in H2A? A playlist for essentially 1(mediocre) map is pretty pointless.

I like figuring out and understanding how things work, but recently I've come to hate all the math theory that college gives you, also how college schedules things in general I hate.

My goal was to make a jetpack. That has now changed to not shooting myself, and I must say that I'm making more progress currently on that front.

Also, space is cool, but everything changes too much in that field for me to be comfortable with getting involved or greatly studying it.

It's easy to get non-caffeinated Cola or any type of Soda in Utah. So I have had Mountain Dew in the past few years.
You're not supposed to have it without caffeine, what the hell is wrong with you?

9430
You've never had coffee before?! How are you even alive?

OT: all coffee honestly tastes the same to me. I love it more than anything, but I'm not a snob about it.

Haven't had a Caffeinated beverage since I was 12.

Halo 4 Legendary is a pain though just because of how bullet spongey the Prometheans are.

I don't mind that, it's just the feedback to the player is ridiculous. Reach did the shield indicators perfectly, where the shields would flare up and up until they popped. It was nice visual language that made combat flow well, even if the enemies could enter maximum oversponge. The Prometheans are just giant walking tin cans with pretty death animations, and even though they look cool, they're not appealing to shoot at.
That, and they'll teleport whenever they're close to dieing, and they'll get revived by the flying fucks.

I wonder if I should play just to see if it's better than Destiny.

It is, however its not like the original halo games, the story shits on destiny, the mp shits on destiny, but it doesn't shit on the original halo games because its not the greatest mp, story is the only one that is worth playing.

Oddly enough, this I can agree with. Even if Halol 4's story is pretty bad, it at least has a story.

I don't even know what Destiny is anymore. Should have just been Bungie's experimental project and then they release their real IP that's not backed by any publisher.

OT: No thanks. I can't even beat that game on Legendary. It's pissing me off because my MP Spartan looks like shit. Mark 6 Armor with a Gold Visor is the only thing that looks good.
Dude I suck at halo and I still beat it on legendary.
I thought you said you didn't play 4 yet?

Halo 4 Legendary is a pain though just because of how bullet spongey the Prometheans are. And how they always fucking teleport.

Wait until we finally see the Europa place that was supposed to be released in the final game, but apparently was relocated to DLC.

Serious / Re: Using nukes to blow up asteroids
« on: October 04, 2014, 03:42:09 PM »
For one thing, don't quote me on this, but I doubt the effectiveness of nukes in space. While the bomb itself may be a sealed unit, some form of combustion may be needed for it to ignite and explode. And the best catalyst we have for that is our own atmosphere. Second, when the bomb exploded, a lot of its potential energy would be wasted, because space is a vacuum. All that fusion and explosive power would probably just dissipate. And third, as everybody has said, breaking up an asteroid is a bad idea, because then you have many more projectiles to deal with. Instead of a grenade, you get a shotgun.
I'm no expert on the subject, but I believe that nukes can detonate just fine in vacuum, it's just that they don't cause much damage as the shock waves need a medium to travel in.
Since nuclear bombs create a vacuum when they explode, I don't see why people think a vacuum would make them not work.

Serious / Re: "Don't judge a religion by its fundamentalists"
« on: October 03, 2014, 08:34:29 PM »

Aren't the fundamentalists of a religion a perfect example of said religion, since they follow it so closely?

Pretty much.  Now religion is like an À la carte.  People pick and choose, further proving it's man made.
How does that prove it's man made? Even in the stories of the Bible people picked and chose what parts of their faith to believe.

Calling that this is going to go "I'm unifying the Earth kingdom" to "I'm unifying all the nations".
i dont know about it being taken that far, but she'll probably try and get Republic City back since it was Earth Kingdom territory.
Let's face it, she's gonna be the villain and this is the final Avatar season. What better way to end it off than with allusions to the original?

fracking good. So many times I'd have loved to see a teacher clock some loud mouth dumb ass child upside the head.
To be fair, in several of my classes in High School, it would've been a lot better if the teacher had a Yard stick to hit kids with.
