Is there any way to watch it without an Xbone?
waypoint?
>Window 8.1 required to download Halo Nightfall
No thanks
That's your problem then
It's a problem because windows 8 are shit as hell, why would i waste my time buying a useless hardware for Halo Nightfall when i have a windows 7 that runs better then a windows 8.
because Microsoft demand it
Why, because there desperate for people to go out and buy there Windows 8, you can't force someone to buy a hardware that is shit.
You say that now.
Windows 7 > Windows 8
You want me to say it again?
You underestimate Bill Gates' power over you.
Wait can a Windows 8 really be Windows 7?

I found QZ's Vehicle section to be tedious.
driving paper mâché vehicles and was firing peas against seagulls
Did you even play Reach and Halo 4?
Yes, but Halo 2 vehicleplay is so boring and such a chore, Reach and 4 make it feel as if you are actually driving a military vehicle, not either a soapbox or a paper airplane
I take it you have operated military vehicles before, then? As well as driven a soapbox and flown a paper airplane?

But... I die
I'll probably die at 27
I don't think you can predict it like that.

You know depleted Uranium is relatively inexpensive? We were researching it today so that we could design something using an Aluminium-Uranium alloy and put my rather talented artist friend to good use whilst we confused ourselves trying to read a paper by the US Energy and Atomic dep from 1956, cool stuff
Yeah you can buy it, but it's still partially radioactive.

I'm going to go with the reasonable suggestion of have security or some group of advisers required to be notified when/where a party is going to happen and have at least 2 watch over it to make sure rules aren't broken and nobody is hurt. Problem is, you can't have security guards enter the house - it's private property. Meaning, they aren't gonna be able to actually prevent the attacks.
Aren't they on campus for the most part, how is that private property?
The way I know it (Off the various colleges I've been to), no. They're just houses surrounding the campus.
Huh, guess it varies from college to college. Still, the campus should be able to enforce some kind of rules over it.

LOL @ anyone thinking I'm condoning rape.
I just said I would never snitch on a friend. Thats all.
Even if that friend raped someone?
Even if he murdered someone.
So, now you're condoning murder. Okay.

Despite how entertaining the ideas of giving drunk college girls CC firearms, or coercing future college students to drink by telling them if they don't build up a tolerance they'll be raped and murdered, are.

So Halo 4 is better than 1-3 because of graphics?
No, the gunplay is far superior and it feels very very nice in 60fps, i'm playing it right now and at times I forget that it's Halo 4 that i'm playing and bot Halo 2A
......
Play Halo 4 after playing H2A, it's startling how many similarities shine through and how enjoyable 4 is once you start playing it like 2. I find myself desperately scrambling to find a carbine and a BR
That's because of the few things Halo 4 did right was removing bloom/spread from the BR and Carbine.
I know, but the general gunplay and design is remarkably akin to Halo 2, obviously in recent months we've seen just how much of Halo 2 343 is incorporating into H5 but i'm beginning to think that perhaps we were wrong to judge 343 so harshly, Halo 4 contains a lot things seemingly inspired directly by Halo 2
...Like hitscan and no spread?
Like kill times and the effectiveness of various tactics against enemies, most noticeably Jackals
So, for similarities we have: hitscan, no spread on precision weapons, and moderately fast average kill times. And for differences we have, everything else in the game. Sorry, but despite having some of the better core elements of the Halo games, all the extra tacked on junk ruins Halo 4 for me.
And how, exactly are Jackals any more similar than other games?
Halo 3 Jackals are fucking useless
And maybe if you had the ability to look past the shit in H4 and appreciate the values it has then you'd understand me
Say that to the Jackal snipers, and that also doesn't make Halo 4 that good if Halo 3 was the only one that messed up. I am reminded of a quote from an old podcast I remember watching about Halo 4, "It's like this small diamond absolutely covered in shit".

No not the Gondola segment, the entire vehicular assault I will only agree with this because seeing flood driving vehicles was cool, Enforcers crushing things was awesome, and gunning down Flood infantry made me feel happy. Until they would pop out on Legendary with Rockets and you'd die again, and again, and again trying to move perfectly.
The Flood tank though
There were like 4.

I still laugh my arse off
I don't get it.
Lack of changes from Halo CE to Halo 2, and the fact that the Halo 2 we got was in development for like a year.
But... Dual Wielding, lock-on rockets, sword, dynamic maps, good story, vehicle boarding, no healthbar......
good story But CE had a cool story
But Halo 2 made the Aliens feel less like a collection of space Hitlers and more like people with culture, history, and made me care.
But dat decade-long search for Regret though. And dat century-long fight against the flood in the quarantine zone though.
That search for Regret was like 2 missions.
That was also 2 missions.
Two missions that went on forfuckingever.
IDK about you but I would totally be down for a 14 hour version of Quarantine Zone
You might be insane. "Wait, it gets worse!"

Yeah, if you're into the politics and stuff H2 was undoubtedly spectacular. I'm more into the Forerunner/Flood stuff sooo...
They're completely different kinds of stories, but IMO both are written quite well
True. I was interested in both until the Forerunner side got too convoluted for me to handle, though. I liked the mystery and ambiance, but wanted to learn more about them and where they were currently in the story; but then it went crazy unneeded depth and felt like it was juggling multiple story lines at the same time and I got bored.

Why are you demeriting Assassin's comment on its subjectivity while responding with adjectives like "great," "meh," and "horrible?"
Goji, we went through this. Subjectivity doesn't exist.

The greatest sin more than any of this is the fact Crota is just a Knight.
You think at least he'd have some badass armor and magic effects or something like that.
But, as Bungie has proven, it is far easier to just resize and slightly change the textures of a preexisting enemy.
I was expecting a demigod type being with ridiculously large spiky ornamental armor.
But instead, Crota's going to be a Knight that's even more of a bullet sponge.
Not really sure how ridiculously large spikes on armor fit with the Hive's art style, but maybe. I'd be more expecting of ornamental skulls with ash black armor that has a green fire underneath and at joints where you'd think his body would be.
Maybe thats his final form?
Okay, now you're just trying to give Bungie too much credit.
I wouldn't be surprised if Hannaford had designed something awesome that looked something like what I described or better, but the character modeling team at Bungie doesn't have it cut out for them to make something like that.
Eh, maybe the criticism destiny got was a wake up call to get into first gear. After every boss being a standard enemy with extra bells and whistles, they actually wanted to try something different or impressive.
The majority of the DLC was made before release. They've just been making tweaks to it.
