fix'd

Also, suicide is no laughing matter. Jokes can be funny, but telling people to kill themselves is unacceptable. If you are going to do that just because you don't like a TV show that we do like, just stop posting.

I can keep posting whenever I want, also yeah it is funny because when someone kills themselves over something so minor it's hilarious.

Stop degrading this thread with your idiotic filth. The majority of your posts are obscene, uncalled for, and plain idiotic. You create a hate group to belittle people just because they enjoy a TV show that you dislike, and then come on to OUR thread and tell us to kill ourselves. You sir, are a -blam!-.

I don't know what I'd do other than that I'd never have to work in my life, and I'd probably travel places or something. Donate to charities and try to help people, as well.

How could you tell the civilizations were ~Bronze age technologically, and that there were two of them?

Cool theory, but he's making a lot of wild guesses and doesn't really have anything solid enough to back his claim on, aside from the isotopes.

I don't get it.
Publishing the names of gun owners is highly unethical and a violation of their privacy. It also makes their homes much more likely to be robbed. Criminals think "oh, guns here, better steal them". Opens them up to harassment from groups like MDA, too.
Who in their right mind thinks that the best place to rob is a place with guns? There's a reason they don't rob gun stores.
Gun stores are always occupied or well-secured and the staff are always carrying.

A house is a target when the home owner leaves.
Only issue being that the house will be locked, they likely will have an alarm system, the Police will respond, and the guns would likely be locked in a safe.

I found QZ's Vehicle section to be tedious.
driving paper mâché vehicles and was firing peas against seagulls
Did you even play Reach and Halo 4?
Yes, but Halo 2 vehicleplay is so boring and such a chore, Reach and 4 make it feel as if you are actually driving a military vehicle, not either a soapbox or a paper airplane
Halo 4 barely had vehicle combat they were so weak. Only the Mantis was formidable.

And Reach introduced "turret overheating" which annoys the crap out of me on a Warthog.
It's a useful mechanic, without overheating you've lost vs a warthog
It wasn't really a problem in Halo CE and Halo 3 from my experience, provided you didn't have a terrible team that wasted your base's anti-vehicle weapons. People who grab the Missile Pod at the start of the match and shoot aimlessly on Valhalla deserve a beating. Even still, you can use frags to flip hogs(excluding Reach and 4), board the vehicle, or HS/Teamshoot the occupants.

The only warthog that would well deserve an overheat is the Gauss Hog. You can't headshot the gunner, it's a 1 hit kill on just about everything, can fire quickly, and isn't too hard to aim.
I've spent enough time 1v1 with my bro to have been pinned down a fair few times by him in a hog, when i'm out of ammo because his strat is to head straight for the best vehicles, which I duly dispatch at the cost of a plasma, once in 7 or so kills on him I run dry and he pins me down
Which game/map?

There's pretty much always a place to run to that vehicles can't do crap on most maps, and weapons should respawn fast enough so that this isn't an issue.

Nope. Grenades, heavy weapons, or stay in cover and get some well placed shots in.

Being on a stationary warthog turret can be an easy way to get killed sometimes, overheating just makes that worse.
What if you totally run out of ammo? Then you can't shoot or run
How do you completely run out of ammo? That's pretty impressive really as that next to never happens. Also, you can still run without ammo, movement still works.

Halo 3:ODST fixed Bungie's original shitty version of New Mombasa, but you are right. If H2 had done the same as Halo Reach in terms of sheer destruction and exposing you to it then it would have been perfect.

That elevator scene from Reach sticks in my mind strongly to this day
In that pic, it looks like the Earth itself is burning.......thats not what we got.
I'm not sure if you're talking about Reach or ODST, so I'll address both.

Well, ODST wasn't meant to be an off-the-rails action/apocalypse game, it was designed more around being a noire/detective theme. Although, it still had plenty of action, but it was just a kind of battle for a city that you already know is lost type; makes some sense because if the flashback action sequences were apocalyptic with the city being melted, then it would be kinda hard for The Rookie to have been alive.

Reach, however, really did stress the oncoming "end of world" theme. It was a gradual start with not much destruction at all as the Covenant's invasion was slow and secretive to begin with. Although it took until the end of LNoS for things to really take off, which unfortunately is half-way through the game, from that point on we see a lot of destruction with the planet burning and seeing New Alexandria get reduced to glass. Really, just like with all of Halo: Reach, it could've been a lot better; witnessing the cities and UNSC fortresses fall should've been in much more of the game, as really you're only seeing non-Military struggle and die in 2 missions, and out of those 2 only in 1 do you outright help civilians.

....and holy fuck.

I got the 1tb, and 300GB was eaten up for the initial install.  Just....what the fuck.

Also the dashboard is a mess, just as I've heard.  It just feels like there's too much shit on there and it feels more like a freaking Windows PC...oh wait, it runs on Windows 8.  I forgot.

At least there's MCC to look forward to. :I
Just in time for the gamenight!

Am I the only person here who actually likes W8's tiles?
If you're using a tablet or smart phone, then there's nothing wrong with liking it, it's better for that. It's annoying as all hell on a PC/Laptop though, and I can't imagine it being fun on a gaming console either.

Your daily reminder that anyone who thinks Halo 2 is shit is a retarded cunt.
Its aim assist and weapon balancing is absolute garbage.
K.
You're dismissing me, but it's true.

The aim assist is so prevalent, my damned rockets don't fire in a straight path anymore because the game tries to correct my aiming and has the rocket fire right at the enemy nearest to my reticle.

And the BR is the one gun to rule them all. There seriously might as well not even be the other non-power weapons in the game.
>was firing FRC at Regret, no bullet magnetism at all. This is only relevant to the human RL, which has things more worthy of being complained about.

CCW

There you go. Concealed carry, only person who knows there is a gun is the person carrying. Nobody else does. People also attend parties all the time while carrying and very little does something go wrong

The few frats near you do not represent all the frats.

Add in drugs to the alcohol, and having a firearm only adds to the problem. I'd advocate pepper spray or something such as that before adding a gun to this volatile equation.
Ok, you realize that a person with a gun isn't some idiot, correct? To get a CCW you have to realize that you can't drink heavly while having a gun on your person. A person carrying knows far better and is the reason that every night out, a person doesn't shoot up  a bar or whatever
So, do you have one?

The fight with Tartarus is pretty damn underwhelming and just... bad. Especially after the buildup to it throughout the level.
Every boss fight is more epic and frustrating on Legendary.

Edit: Did I say more epic? I meant impossible as Regret teleports 3 or 4 scripted times and Honor Guards come in swarms of 6 after every teleport.

You know depleted Uranium is relatively inexpensive? We were  researching it today so that we could design something using an Aluminium-Uranium alloy and put my rather talented artist friend to good use whilst we confused ourselves trying to read a paper by the US Energy and Atomic dep from 1956, cool stuff
Yeah you can buy it, but it's still partially radioactive.
I know, but we were just trying to think as far out the box as possible for the task, for the fact that the product would kill the hypothetical consumers was okay
Where the hell do you work that hypothetically killing your consumers is okay?
