Even though your unwilling to watch them, shows like The Clone Wars and Rebels bring many things back into canon that were in the EU. In fact, every episode of Rebels so far as brought at least 1 thing from the EU back to being canon.
It is not "bringing it back to canon". The EU is already canon, Disney can suck a massive dick, Rebels and '08 TCW are not canon, the EU is canon.
Well, that's all fine and dandy for your personal "head-canon". However, all future projects are going to be based off of the new canon, including the new movies, which apparently have been hinted to include some characters for Clone Wars and Rebels.
It's unfortunate if you preferred Legends EU, but you'll either need to accept the change or leave the franchise behind, because nothing will change the fact that it's not canon anymore. You'll just need to wait for things to become canon again through them existing in future projects.
