Someone seriously fire the person who designed the gun sounds. Is no one bothered by it?
I'm pretty sure that's been said about whoever made the Halo 4 Magnum, BR, Hammer, etc. too. This isn't much of a surprise.

IDK.
Weapons that aren't in your loadout are now power weapons. Sword is now called The Prophet's Bane on the map truth. Slide is a thing Smart Scope is the new Zoom in function (Doesn't penalize hip fire) Breakout is a new gametype.
I think that's it from the videos of my observations.
Loadouts are back and there aren't ammo or non-PW's placed on the map? That's kinda silly, but I remember that. Old news. ADS is old news. What is that like?
There's no loadouts.
Then why the fuck did he say they were?

So, Elimination from every Halo game ever?

Master Koala, I need a new hidden blade. I broke mine......uh.......doing things......yeah
It will cost you. You blade is one of a kind, part of your being. By breaking it you are breaking a part of yourself, and a broken Assassin is dangerous. Let it be only a one time occasion.
Uh, Ted down at the smithy makes them everyday for like $30. Not really a big deal......
Quality before quantity.
He utilizes damascus steel.....
>Not using the metal the Armour of Altair was made from
Cheap ass
That would require somebody to know how it was made and what is was. Which nobody does.
I know, but we're not using logic here.
Well, in that case.

Pfft. Titanium-alloy is always the best. Rips through the toughest of steel.
Titanium is a terrible choice to make a blade out of. Titanium alloyed with what, exactly? Titanium does not beat out Steel. #Get rekt by some guy that bothered to study materials on the internet.

There should be a new law on the internet, whenever circumcision is mentioned people will inevitably bicker >_______>
Even though it's a dumb thing to get bothered over, it's still a sensitive issue because we're talking about our dicks. Or at least that's my theory, I guess you could also say it's because people will argue over anything. Both are probably valid.
It's because of that and that they wish to impose their superiority on the sexual field by convincing others that they have the logically best penis, and henceforth would be most likely to succeed in attracting their mothers as mates.

Also, I doubt about the Mars thing. The only reason NASA got so much funding is because America wanted to beat Russia to the moon. But with an underfunded space program I don't see it happening. Wanna bet, fgt?I also understand that there are groundbreaking science discoveries all the time. But the nature of science is that we don't make use of such discoveries for many decades afterwords. Even over a century after the lightbulb was invented and most of the planet is dark. It's cool saying we have these discoveries but when you likely won't be around to see them in use its heartbreaking, at least for someone like me who views science as the single most important thing we should be working towards.
Well yeah, if the entire planet was glowing 24/7 plants would die and nobody would get enough sleep and light pollution sucks. You won't live around to see them in use? Are you aware that the Wright brothers lived to see their rinky dinky design change to fighter jets that break the sound barrier and can reach altitudes higher than they imagined? That over the past century people have seen so much change, the invention of TV, Microwaves, Fully automatic compact weapons, more efficient and faster cars, the invention of fast food, computers, the freakin' internet. Those old generations dying now are seeing a world vastly different than it was in their youth. Don't fool yourself into think you won't see amazing things, because you will.

It's too boring.
What is?
The world.
, why
The only stuff that happens is fucking depressing. Terrorists, an incredibly small science breakthrough that likely wont be utilised for decades, shit economy, shitty everything. Idiots sat in positions of power hampering real progress because 'wind farms don't look pretty' and stupid shit like that and just generally a world that isn't interesting. The things I find interesting I don't want to do because I'm forced to do it at school and the only way to get a job or university placement seems to be by doing things that are irrelevant to it. Call me up when we land a human on Mars or we develop Nuclear Fusion as a reliable power source. Fuck, even a nuclear war or zombie virus would be interesting as your concerns aren't menial shit like if your CV looks good, just food and water, just simple.
There's a reason I like writing science fiction. The world I'm creating is a world I want to experience. Because this one isn't.

We are in that moment in history that bridges in-between science fiction and science reality. It make take us a half a century or a bit more but these times will pass and we will hopefully make our way out of the cradle world and into the stars.
Just give it time.
That's it. The thing that ultinately kills me is knowing that if/when we eventually begin building an interplanetary empire, I will not be around to see it. Or I will be too old to enjoy it.
And as a pessimist at heart, that's a big if in itself. My belief is that idiots holding civilisation back will be the ones that eventually mean overpopulation and the lack of renewable energy mean we eventually go to war and kill each other. That's my view on the world and why I always sound depressed all the time.
Have you ever read a series called Timeriders by Alex Scarrow? Probably not, but I believe they have a realistic vision of the world. Flooding gets rid of a lot of landmass, the survivors are crammed in cities so polluted that you need a gas mask to breathe and the few remaining governments are fitting each other for the last oil drops. In the series, NK ends up releasing a bioweapon virus that wipes out the entire planet.
I'm a glass half full kind of person, but I can see the dangers that humanity can do to itself. But as the Cold War proved, humanity...no matter how dumb it can get sometimes, will never kill itself off. Even if all the bombs in the world were to be set off into all corners of the globe humanity would survive.
We are a persistent species, like roaches, we will find someway to rebuild from ashes. But hopefully that will never happen and we will make our leap.
The Cold War proved we were 20 seconds away from total annihilation were it not for a single ship. If one ship had continued its course, we wouldn't be here right now. And that was when resources were relatively abundant. If that situation happens again, it won't end well.
In a twisted way, I hope it happens so that I can have purpose, because I honestly feel like I don't really have a direction right now.
When in doubt, aim to become Iron Man.

I think everyone should agree that "dick cheese" isn't anything really worth of note, since it takes 5 seconds to address while bathing, and that there's nothing that's significant enough of an issue to say circumcision is bad.
Now, can we please move on and stop trying to prove whose dick is better?

Master Koala, I need a new hidden blade. I broke mine......uh.......doing things......yeah
we're gonna need another finger.
What is this, the Third Crusade?
He is just using the ancient models. We have laser hidden blades now instead of steel.
That looks terrible. Thank god the franchise will never go more modern than the Victorian Era.
How does it look terrible? The blades are literally more efficient than steel hidden blades.
It looks like the idea of a 12 year old
>Implying hidden blade is practical to begin with.

There are terrorists, but there is also SAS and Delta Force slaughtering terrorists. Gas is now $2.65 a gallon. Economy is saved. Do you follow IFLScience? They typically post about numerous scientific breakthroughs and events every week. Science isn't quick, either. Windfarms do kill a lot of birds, though. Yes, that does suck huge dick. Humans will be on Mars by mid-2030's according to NASA. Shit ain't cheap or quick to build and plan. Pretty sure someone said they were getting close on Fusion. If you want to fend for yourself and live in the wilds focusing on the bare necessities, then you can do that right now, believe it or not. #lifeiswhatyoumakeofit *flies away on rainbow*

If you think this place is boring, then what the hell do you think is going to be more exciting about nothing but rocks and sand?

Brain Cancer 1. A study published in the British Journal of Cancer, conducted by the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Complutense University in Madrid, this study determined that Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and other cannabinoids inhibit tumour growth. They were responsible for the first clinical study aimed at assessing cannabinoid antitumoral action. Cannabinoid delivery was safe and was achieved with zero psychoactive effects. THC was found to decrease tumour cells in two out of the nine patients.
2. A study published in The Journal of Neuroscience examined the biochemical events in both acute neuronal damage and in slowly progressive, neurodegenerative diseases. They conducted a magnetic resonance imaging study that looked at THC (the main active compound in marijuana) and found that it reduced neuronal injury in rats. The results of this study provide evidence that the cannabinoid system can serve to protect the brain against neurodegeneration.
3. A study published in The Journal of Pharmacology And Experimental Therapeutics already acknowledged the fact that cannabinoids have been shown to possess antitumor properties. This study examined the effect of cannabidiol (CBD, non psychoactive cannabinoid compound) on human glioma cell lines. The addition of cannabidiol led to a dramatic drop in the viability of glioma cells. Glioma is the word used to describe brain tumour. The study concluded that cannabidiol was able to produce a significant antitumor activity.
4. A study published in the journal Molecular Cancer Therapeutics outlines how brain tumours are highly resistant to current anticancer treatments, which makes it crucial to find new therapeutic strategies aimed at improving the poor prognosis of patients suffering from this disease. This study also demonstrated the reversal of tumour activity in Glioblastoma multiforme.

Tell them we have texts dating back to 100BC that when translated say the exact same thing we have now.
Does the Book of Mormon have God go around murdering those children he made with unconditional love and wants nothing more than to live eternally with them, because they are confused and/or upset with God?
Not that I can remember from my reading of the BoM when I was an early teen. It was mostly about sinners and people who ignored god getting killed and becoming black (Literally happened according to the BoM that all black people are decedents from sinners if you take the texts literally)
....How, exactly, do they believe this stuff? I cannot even comprehend the level of gullibility and ignorance required to believe that to an adult age.
Not trying to start shit, but you could literally say that about any religion if you took their stories literally. Those who are religious really shouldn't be going around telling others that other people that are religious that their belief systems stories are crazy when they themselves adhere to a belief system that contains stories that are just as ridiculous.
When it's supposed to be a denomination of the same religion, but is so widely different and has stories with seemingly no basis in logic or teaching morals, then it seems more noteworthy to me.
The kinds of parables Jesus told in the Bible are one thing, in that they teach lessons and offer moral guidance. However, that same God killing everyone that didn't do exactly what he said, and saying that's where black people come from, the people God killed for being disobedient; that, that only seems to be an excuse to be able to preach racism.
This is derived from a faith that has a rib woman being convinced by a talking snake to eat some super fruit from a magical sky wizards garden, a hobo who talked to a bush, and worships a zombie who was executed for challenging the authority of the Roman empire.
Like I said. The stories from the main branch aren't any weirder than the offshoots when taken literally.
My problem is that even if you don't take that part from the BoM literally, that still sounds really bad.
