I've no doubt they stage some things for the sake of views, but after watching the video I'm fairly confident it's real. The fat shit in the video shows physical signs symptomatic of serious stress, and his dad has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
Thing is, this video annihilated any slight bit of sympathy with his attitude of 'WELL LETS GON PRANK HIS ASS AND BREAK HIS STUFF' in reaction to this.

OT: the pic in the OP is outdated. I've played 35 more hours of stuff since that pic.
So you've played 105 hours...is that something to be proud of? Divide that by 24hrs, and that's 4.375 days of play time. Game has roughly been out for 35 days, and you've played for almost four and a half of them. Do you literally do nothing else but game every waking minute of your free time?
Based on those mathematical figures, I'd say he has been doing other things for 30.735 days.
