Compare this video to the 2nd video in the OP. Does this look anything like it? In that besides the magic you're just slashing the sword around. There's no depth at all to it.
honestly i cant tell the difference.
the only one from the 2nd vid that looked remotely put together, combat wise, was the black halberd knight somewhere in :40 or so.
You can't tell the difference between half-swording and slashing back and forth horizontally?

It's my favorite game of the last gen, along with the original Mass Effect.
Basically: Play it ASAP or risk forever remaining in "ultra pleb" status
That still would require me to find a copy of the game somewhere.

Well, we have seen people using ADS in lore before.
For them to trade that out for manually aiming down the sight is almost as stupid as the ME universe going from a practically infinitely firing rifle and back to clips in two years.

You have to admit, the mental gymnastics the writers had to pull to accommodate that change in the lore that were pretty impressive.
That's not even aiming down his sights, though. It's clearly not in front of his visor, it's still to the side.
To be fair, that's probably the closest you can get while using a full helmet and a compact weapon like the SMG while still having the stock resting against your shoulder.
Probably part of the reason they made smart-link scopes.
