Because the thought process goes something like this:
1. Have fun screwing around
2. Worry about the Laws of Physics being broken and try to figure out what to do or who to tell what happened in a panicked state of mind desperately wanting to know, "why, why me? How is this even possible?!" and contacting fancy science people doing your best to convince them the validity of what you claim has happened in hopes they can answer it.
That's weird. I'd just panic.
Well, I imagine it would either be eventual acceptance, and/or the bid to get people of sciencey background to esplain why the hell you woke up with different chromosomes.
And become some kind of experimental test subject? Aww shit son.
I'm not suggesting you contact DARPA and ask how they can weaponize you. Although, that's an interesting idea.

This is a commercial after all, so keep in mind if it does air on TV it's going to be cut down to 30 seconds. It's to get you interested, I'm sure they have videos detailing the weapon, but that's not great on getting somebody interested that doesn't know a lot about guns into looking into your product. Are you trying to tell me that the mass public knows or thinks that regular people have CCW and go about life normally? People are too stupid for me to believe such a thing.
