I'm no expert, but plenty of disorders aren't that bad. It's not like you lack control over your body and mind, you can still overcome these things in some form with effort and conviction that you can do it. For example, when I was being tested for ADD I focused solely on one part of the test and got a perfect score while failing the other parts badly enough to befuddle the doctor.

The worst part about the kids playing Battlefront on PC was that they spoke some horrible combination of gibberish, tongues, and English.
