It's an amalgamation of things, not a single aspect. Crippling self-hatred, an inability to see myself having a future, and suicidal thoughts constantly plaguing my mind makes everything seem pointless. I've had therapists, taken many types of medication, been to hospitals and all that jazz, but nothing's worked. It's obvious that the only person that can help me is myself, but I don't see the point.
I've accepted since I was eight years old that I would amount to nothing, and that I would die alone, most likely by my own hands. As it stands, there's only a handful of thing keeping me grounded and sane - shitty anime waifus, books, and my own awful writing.

Well you did make one of the most popular ones, the Fallout game.
However I would try for a Mount and Blade theme next, since it's a good fantasy world but without magic and overpowered shit.
Thing is you need to be themed on something that every body knows. Like I tried to do one using Marvel space empires but since no one here knew shit about Cosmic Marvel it died quickly but the Fallout one last long enough because everyone and their mothers know what Fallout is.
I don't know if most of us here know what Mount and Blade is, hell I have no idea what it is.
