Spoiler So, I was going to support Maxson then I read one of the terminals that imply that he killed Fawkes. He can go fuck himself now.
He killed a mutant called Shepherd that was uniting the muties in DC to try and regain control. Fawkes isn't mentioned.
I thought that the mutants title was shepard. Thanks for clearing that up.

I think the decision to let loot respawn in areas that you've already cleared out is pretty dumb. Who needs to scavenge for supplies when I can just wait a couple in-game days for all the stimpacks/radaway to respawn?

His Dark Souls 2 critique is the reason I didn't buy the game.
He doesn't dislike Dark Souls 2 though, he just thinks it didn't live up to Demon's/Dark Souls, which he is right about.
I absolutely agree with that sentiment. It's just that a sequel should improve on the foundation of previous games, but the faults that Matthewmatosis describes show that FromSoft didn't really do that (Maybe because Miyazaki wasn't a director for it).

The new Nvidia drivers released today must have fixed a rendering bug with them or something because I'm getting a solid 60 with everything ultra.
what specs? 970/i7 4790K and I have everything at ultra but God Ray and I vary from 45-60.
980/ i7 4790K which is less than the chart that you posted, which was getting sub-60. Here's some benchmarks that show that your average fps should be 80 with everything ultra (if you are using 1080p).
