Clone Wars was suppose to be nine seasons, right? If I read correctly, it was going to extend into and a little beyond the ROTS chronology, which would've been fucking amazing. The Clone Wars would've depicted Anakin's fall to the dark side ten times better than the movies did.

Ayo. How about that motherfucking Rebels episode tho. I really didn't expect Gregor to come back.
I thought their choices for returning clones was kind of weird, save Rex obviously. Wouldn't Jesse have made more sense? For one of them? And how did Rex even get into contact with Gregor?
And... Why Wolfe? Don't get me wrong, Wolfe is cool, but why? I don't remember them ever interacting that much.
Yeah.. It didn't really make sense. I'm pretty sure a lot of them were just dead or worn out. Remember, Rex and so on are basically "retired" on the planet. They've been thrown away by the Imperials. They never actually stopped fighting for the Empire. They aren't traitors. They were soldiers until their use was over.
So that means at one point and time, Gregor was found and put back into the Republic military.
I know they still served, but we really don't know to what extent Fives' warning managed to convince other clones of what was going on. I mean, if Gregor and Wolfe believed it, then Jesse had to have, considering how close he was with Fives. Like you said, they might have just died between TCW and Rebels, but it just bugs me.
I'm pretty sure they'll do a flashback episode. It wouldn't be right if they didn't. Dave Filoni and crew know what they're doing. A little digressing btw, I just can't express how well they're able to do things that the films could never do, which was show the difference in ability between characters. Like, certain characters would get their ass kicked easily. You can see Savage/Maul and Obi Wan have this rather.. equal ability, but Maul wins by a little bit because of Savage, but when they're faced with a power like Palpatine, they're just overwhelmed. I just fucking /love/ that episode where he comes by and deals with them. Also  There are Mandalorians in Star Wars 7

She's a rapper. I really, really enjoy her as a rapper. She's also really pretty, so there's that. Ridiculously lyrical, her flow is on point and she's probably my favorite female rapper, considering a lot of female rappers suck. It's weird, a lot of female rappers try REALLY hard to be rap, or rap about how pretty they are, but this one tends to tell a story. She's really fun. Fappable material.

Considering the trope is done to death, yeah, I'd prefer it if the damsel in distress was never employed ever again, until it's no longer a tired cliche that demeans women.
I don't think you understand what Star Wars did to that trope. When you have a damsel in distress, you expect to find a helpless woman stuck in a tower, by the big bad guy who will keep her imprisoned. Once you find that woman, you realize that the hero must protect her along the way. But it wasn't anything like that. It was far from that. Leia was found in the big bad tower, after being tortured by the BBG. She was then held hostage, and upon being freed, after who knows how long of a torture, she became willful enough to find her way out as well. Star Wars basically said, "Even though you're strong, there are some things you can't do alone, and you need to work with a team in order to get it done." When they were stuck in the prison, she was the one who shot out the hole and let them into the garbage chute. She said, “Well somebody has to save our skins.” Yes, she was a princess, but she was a bad ass warrior princess. Did you not hear that sassy ass tone she had in the beginning of the film as well? "Princess Leia:Governor Tarkin, I should have expected to find you holding Vader’s leash. I recognized your foul stench when I was brought on board. Governor Tarkin:Charming to the last. You don’t know how hard I found it, signing the order to terminate your life. Princess Leia: I’m surprised that you had the courage to take the responsibility yourself. Governor Tarkin:Princess Leia, before your execution, I’d like you to join me for a ceremony that will make this battle station operational. No star system will dare oppose the Emperor now. Princess Leia: The more you tighten your grip, Tarkin, the more star systems will slip through your fingers." She was tortured, yet she stayed strong enough to never release or betray her friends. Hell, even upon being threatened with the destruction of her home planet, she fought on. She gets captured, yeah, shit happens. So was Han, he was nothing more than something to look at. Eye candy. A trophy, but nobody cares. But she ends up being the one who does an action that either ends up saving their asses or kills a BBG [Jabba the Hutt]. To be honest, Leia is someone torn between being a strong icon and eye candy for horny men. But to be honest? I think it's because she's stuck in a world WITH sexist people. People who believe that women are nothing but sex objects. But nevertheless she proves to the people around her AND to the audience that she can be both sexy, mature, and kick ass. So fuck your feminist mindset. Let's be real.
