i seriously thought about making a rig for fallout 4.
Fellout + Texture packs + Flora Overhaul + Dynamic Weather = yes
i seriously hope that these types of mods make it to console (for fallout 4). if not i think i will build a PC.

On a more positive note, I forgot to mention--I crafted my shishkebab.

I'm gonna be taking this sucker to end-game for sure. Instant replacement for my silly combat knife.
For those who don't know what it is, it's a makeshift flaming sword made out of junked motorcycle parts, a pilot light, and a lawnmower blade. The butane (or whatever) produced by the motorcycle gas tank ignites the blade, and it's just... the coolest thing, ever. Striking enemies with it sets them aflame, and they take small residual damage as they burn.

God forbid they wait to write their review rather than publish it the first day or the day after without writing up full impressions. Not to mention that publishers use Metacritic's aggregate of review scores to "deliver" bonuses whether or not they pass a certain score. The developers on Fallout New Vegas missed out on a bonus by one fucking Metacritic point. I don't like the 1-10 scale either way because a 7 is usually the cop out score. No one wants to give a 5 or even a 6 or else the publishers won't give a review copy to the publication.

New slide from their financial briefing showing that new Link model in its entirety and guess what? IT'S THE EXACT SAME AS THE TP ART.  Even the fingers on his right hand are in the same exact pose. Same clothes, same everything. Also this was said at the investors briefing: CEO Tatsumi Kimishima says there are more titles–unannounced–coming this year to promote both Wii U and 3DS during the year-end holiday season.
