Wind Waker isn't shit but it's the worst out of all the 3D Zeldas, even SS is better.

It's Zelda, so it's probably good. But based on my observations and knowledge, Windwaker>Majora's Mask=Ocarina of Time>Twilight Princess>Skyward Sword.

So, yeah. The Wii version of Twilight Princess is an abomination, though.
Wind Waker is shit

Emulation will preserve these games if companies don't release them digitally. Luckily a lot of Rare games are on XB1. That said my original Xbox is dead I think.

Talking about TP HD

I thought Halo 2's retexturing was pretty damn fine tbh

Also people are adamant that Twilight Princess HD will get a nice reskin but I'm doubtful, we'll see how that goes.
The assets look upscaled but otherwise it doesn't look spectacular.

Sheik >= ZSS > Diddy > the rest which is subjective

It's not easy to determine a tier list. You could look at tournament results but it doesn't paint the full picture.

Samus is shit, ZSS is great. It's hard to establish a tier list when we're going to get several characters next month, despite them most likely not being admitted to tournaments for a few months due to balance concerns. Same happened with Mewtwo and Lucas despite both being shit.

I don't remember Sonic Riders but I have it. I don't think it's alike.

The Kirby producer said on Miiverse a few days ago that Air Ride is their favorite, so maybe there is hope for a sequel on NX.

Luckily this game is most likely Unreal Engine 4 so modding it or having it at 60 FPS on PC won't be unheard of.

I just want to fly the fucking Highwind around to areas around the map, if they can somehow allow me to revisit areas I won't care.

But I'm concerned about NPCs, are they going to be in this game? Will every side quest be in the game?

If not fuck them. It'll be Final Fantasy VII: XIII Redux Edition

Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy VII Remake will be released in multiple parts.

According to Square, Final Fantasy VII Remake will be "told across a multi-part series, with each entry providing its own unique experience."

No additional details were provided, including any kind of price or release timing for part one.

It sucks that EA is in control of the Star Wars franchise involving video games. I don't expect to ever see a Republic Commando 2, Jedi Knight 3, Knights of the Old Republic 3. Anything like that.

And if we do magically get them, they'll be the hollow shells of what the respective series used to be.
Look at Battlefront.
It's not even EA mainly (despite use of Frostbite), Disney dictates everything, period.

Now, Electronic Arts CFO Blake Jorgensen has acknowledged that Battlefront was intentionally designed to be "accessible."
"Star Wars Battlefront is a first-person shooter, but it is [one of] the only teen-rated first-person shooters," Jorgensen said this week at the Nasdaq Investor Conference in Europe. "We had designed it to be a much more accessible product to a wide age group.

"So, an 8-year-old could play with his father on the couch, as well as a teenager or 20-year-old could play the game and enjoy it. It is more accessible. And for the hardcore, it may not have the depth that they wanted in the game."

As someone whose only FF game has been 10, should I play the remake of this game first, or the original?

or should i even bother

turn-based RPGs are a flawed genre in that they often let RNG dominate the combat, but i still find them fun to play
Just play FF4 and FF14 and leave it there. FF4 is the pinnacle of the series and FF14 is the best MMO on the market.
