I enjoy interactive movies and I enjoy gameplay focused games.
If you think we're lacking on the second style you haven't been paying attention to the indie scene.

i had mixed feelings about it, since some of the episodes are very good, but they were mixed in with some pretty dull ones as well
the ones that were good really left an impression on me, though, like the first episode and the lobster episode
I always viewed the full episodes as a sort of plateau on the rollercoaster. You know it's going to drop soon, but at least you can be comfortable for a bit. Edit: that was meant to say dull

That's fine, I'm not gonna say there isn't opportunity cost in this situation, all I am saying is that you have less people than the amount you started with regardless of what decision you make. If you place value on the lives of these people then you're set up to lose either way. You would have to make a decision, and there are plenty of arguments to be made for both, but I wouldn't consider either a net gain in any form. Unless the people you would be killing are somehow a detriment to society, and that detriment somehow outweighs the value of their lives.
This is really just an argument of semantics tbh.
