The actor is an only child and doesn't have siblings. Probably made up and likely not him.
The post referred to the ones that played his siblings on the show (Frankie Muniz, Christopher Masterson, and Justin Berfield).
Normally AMAs on Reddit include a picture or some sort of proof though, so I doubt it's real either.
