After reviewing the source, I find it safe to say that they are somewhat of a cult of pseudointellectualism. The Forbes contributor works for The Heartland Institute, and is involved in Republican organizations for the limitation of taxation and decrease of entitlements.
In fact, none of the scientists who believe the earth is warming that The Heartland Institute invited even attended the conference.
Likely as not to lend an air of legitimacy to the conference, which unfortunately only further serves to secluded this group.
Ultimately, I feel that climate change is really not a very important issue anyway. Man has had a very profound effect on the world, its ecology, and its climate since long before industrialization. Just as the ancient peoples of South America cultivated widespread change to the Amazon rainforest, and in large part helped to create it as we know it now, and as the ancient people of Mexico caused drought through extreme deforestation, modern man will have an impact on the world that our descendants will one day be able to study. It's pure vanity though, to think that the Earth itself won't move on, and that any impact we have will be anything even resembling "permanent".
If you're still worried about trying to control the weather, you may have a God complex.

Hey, so I don't post anywhere else except discord really, so I was hoping someone else who is more prolific on other sites could spread this info around, as I was unable to find this suggestion anywhere when trying to troubleshoot this drive detection problem.
I recently upgraded an Xbox One S's internal storage, and sold him his old hard drive back in an enclosure so it could be used via usb 3.0
The trouble was, the drive would not show up on the Xbox as either media storage or as game storage. Even formatting the drive did not resolve the issue. I decided to take a crack at something as a shot in the dark and it worked.
I initialize all drives with GUID Partition Tables, and indeed this disk was already GPT when I removed it from the Xbox. Most off the shelf drives use the older Master Boot Record standard though. I converted this drive from to an MBR disk, and ouala, the Xbox now recognizes it as game storage.
To convert a disk to MBR, if anyone has this problem themselves, open up the Disk Management utility in Windows, or on Linux you can download GParted. On Windows, delete all partitions on the drive, right click on the drive at the lefthand side of the window, and select "Convert to MBR disk". On Linux the process just entails selecting the drive and going to the toolbar and selecting "Create Master Boot Record"
When you're done, create a new partition in the NTFS format, as the Xbox will not recognize the drive without a partition.

No, it wouldn't have. The ending works only in the context that our collective protagonists have finally tasted defeat, and what made it so brilliant is exactly what made Empire so brilliant. It forces the hero(es), and by proxy the audience, to take a step back, and look within themselves to learn from defeat, and grow as a person. A lot of characters go through this of course, but what makes it resonate so much in Infinity War and Empire is that in the end we're left with that defeat, and truly get to meditate on it. If there's nowhere left to go, and the series ends there, then nobody is going to care enough to do that, because they know it's over forever and there is no coming back from this. Basically, without a sequel, nobody is going to connect with the defeat, and the ending wouldn't have resonated with anyone. We would all just be bummed out and mad.

Thanks for the well wishes all. As for Flee, I hope you can find a solution. Most of the time serious component competency issues are more costly to repair than replace, excluding Apple products, due to the eternal shortage of new replacement parts. I recently repaired a 2011 MacBook pro, and though I was able to restore it to working order, I had to inform the customer that the model was notorious for poor thermal management in the discrete graphics chip, resulting in logic board failure. If the system was ever put under a serious work load again the issue would only resurface, even with a 'factory refurbished' board. Luckily he had already found a new gaming machine and only planned to use the laptop for surfing the web, email, and Microsoft Word. Not all shops are so honest, so be weary if they tell you something isn't going to function as it should without refurbishment, as you may be better off replacing it with something new.

For a while, I've marketed computer repair services by word of mouth. I've also been doing internal storage upgrades for current gen consoles. Recently I acquired a domain and I'm setting up an online shop right now to sell pre-built PCs and custom system integrations. I'm calling my company TRCX.
