Debate I: Wrestling Match
They never make physical contact, but it becomes clear that McMahon is the victor.
Debate II: Halo Tournament (entire cabinet participates)
McMahon's team proves worthy, but Dunkey (M) (Candidate for Sec. of State) displays unmatchable skills.
Debate III: Whoever gets the most retweets wins.
Everybody has both candidates blocked at this point, nobody wins.

VP Debate: John Cena (R) and Steve Downes (M) have a rap battle.

He's really no more a manipulator of time than you or I, just on a larger scale.

The speedforce has temporal properties, but it's not like he can straight up manipulate time.
Time travel is a byproduct of his powers, not the power itself.

There's no such thing as cold, so everything is just a different level of hot.
So if things have different levels of wetness, and different levels of heat, which are non-correlative, then it's safe to say that heat is not explicitly or inherently wet.
