Bad acting, a boring plot, sparse and boring fight scenes. It's the worst MCU product so far.
The further I get into it the more evident it is that the series leans very heavily on outside content. However the MCU has set up that content quite well, it does not excuse the fact that a body of work should be graded on its own.

Good luck. Biggest flaw is the pacing issues. There are episodes that are just exposition with a two minute fight scene tacked on at the end that takes place in dimly lit rooms with cuts every 1.5 seconds. The camera work is pretty shitty at times, which is a shame because the fights at least seem well choreographed.
